Amenities include 2 resort style pools, spa, fitness center and public golf course. Minutes from dining and shopping, golfing, hiking trails.
Note* rental rates vary seasonally, and by length of stay~
Work out at the 3000SF fitness center, or settle in by the outside fire pit. At the end of the day, sit back and relax in the heated pool or cool off in the summer. Grill your evening dinner on the barbecue which is perfect for family at the end of the day. Minutes drive to grocery stores, upscale shopping and dining at Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, Desert Ridge and Scottsdale Fashion Square. Exciting events to look forward to include the Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson Car Show, Arabian Horse Show. Easy access to the 101 freeway and about 25 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. *90 day minimum*

Ideal split floor plan with full kitchen, breakfast bar and dining table. Spacious living area and private deck off of the living room. 1st floor unit with no steps. Covered parking space across from condo entryway.
