Place was well located and met our needs. Property manager was very responsive. We did feel that the unit could use a deep clean such as wiping down cupboards, vacuuming drawers in the bedrooms and closet floors as well as the patio furniture.

Loved our stay

We vacation in Scottsdale for 3 weeks every January to escape the cold of Idaho. This condo was perfect for the two of us. The location was prefect, near lots of entertainment, restaurants and shopping. Nice view of the Silverado Golf Course from the balcony, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, the property was clean and the property manager was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo, location, and service

Condo was cute and well decorated. Location was great and responses were quick. Pool was close and temp was perfect, not crowded at all. Easy to find once you know the name of the condos.

Pictures looked better than reality. Patio door was difficult to open and close. Bathrooms could use some TLC. Unit next door had barking dog and loud music. On the plus side, security was good and location to walking path was great.

Nice place to stay in Scottsdale

We stayed five nights at this condo, and it was exactly as described. We appreciated the elevator for our heavy bags. Entry was easy. We had to contact the owner's rep for a tv issue and it was handled right away. The condo was basic, well-equipped, though we didn’t cook in at all. The area was very safe.

Great location, great experience

Fantastic Scottsdale condo. Had everything you need for an extended stay. Secure, clean, wonderfully decorated. Amazing restaurants, shopping, all within 15-20 minutes. Camelback Mountain 12 minutes away; incredible hike! Quibbles: strongly recommend blackout shades/blinds for the bedrooms, especially the east-facing master. Surprised that they do not have them, frankly. Bottom line: we would stay here again for sure.

Perfect . . .

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The description of the property was spot on. It was nice and had plenty of space. The location was very convenient to anywhere we wanted to go. It was close to baseball games, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The golf course right across the parking lot was convenient and delicious for breakfast, lunch or dinner (we did all three!). We walked the walking path nearly everyday. We enjoyed our downtime and made use of the swimming pool and hot tub too. This is our 5th year for Spring Training and we agreed it was the best location yet!

Large Quiet Condo

This was a decent property for my one-week stay. The property owner and agent were incredibly communicative and responsive throughout the entire process (and happily responded to some minor questions and issues I raised). The home is in a great pocket of Scottsdale with easy access to everything I needed. I spent most of my time working remotely, so I appreciated the peacefulness of the community. The unit is large, with plenty of room to eat, relax, and sleep. I didn’t hear a peep from the streets or neighbors, with the exception of landscaping crews one morning (standard and understandable). For the price point, this unit was a great deal.

Could have been better

The welcome pdf needs to be updated. Condo was not clean when we arrived, floor was filthy as were bathrooms (toilets had fliaters). Bed in guestroom was broken, my husband had to re-arrange slats of wood to make bed functional. Dryer snagged a lot of our clothes and created holes. No ice maker or ice trays. We had to purchase ice trays. Please put in pdf about no ice/water, elevator availability, pedestrian gate needs key, etc...

Good location, good amenities. Needs a better cleaning crew.

The good - The location was good and there was good communication from the property manager. The price was fair for a good size 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. The kitchen equipment was good and we loved the balcony. The not-so-good. The cleaning was sub-par. The silverware drawer had goo all over it, the cabinets were smeared and there were no handles on the cabinets. The floors made our socks black-they weren't clean, when we looked under the beds it was dirt and dust. There were no dishwasher tabs, only two garbage bags for 5 people for six days and the clothes dryer didn't work. All in all, it's a decent place, but the cleaning was not good.

Great Location

Stayed 11 days on a golf vacation. Well located for access to many good courses. Condo was nicely stocked with supplies. Only problem we found was a little short on towels. I'm sure the owner will fix it.
