PLEASE NOTE: Located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Guests must be 25+ to book/check in. Reservations by those under 25 will be canceled.
You’ll receive all check-in information via email, including your access code for the electronic door lock. The access code will be sent on the day of check-in to the email address you provided when booking. When you arrive, please stop by the front office to check in and pick up parking passes for each vehicle. Be prepared to provide the license plate number, make, and model for each vehicle in your group. We’re here to help get you settled in, then we’ll give you space to relax and enjoy your stay. Fabulous spring vaca!

We had a terrific time! Enjoyed the view, huge living space, it was well decorated and clean. Nice to see the Pelican in such great shape. Great location, easy access to the beach, restaurants & shopping.

Girls Birthday Celebration Trip

This condo totally exceeded our expectations — way more space than we anticipated, which made it perfect for our girls' trip! It's beautifully decorated and stocked with literally everything you need. The ladies in the office were so sweet and helpful every time we stopped in. The only downside? The WiFi was pretty much a no-show, and even when it worked, it crawled. But honestly, that's a minor complaint. The pool was pristine and never packed, which was a huge bonus. Great spot for families or friend groups — highly recommend!

Great condo and great location at The Pelican for wonderful beach views!

Condo was nice and clean. Large table and kitchen and plenty of seating space. Kitchen was equipped well. Balcony view was beautiful and the condo area is in a nice,quiet location. The third floor is great for the view, just be prepared for three flights of stairs. We got a workout! ;) The staff was very nice, thorough, and helpful as well! It's also in a great location near all of the restaurants, shops, beach access, and golf cart rentals, and the condo is tucked away in a quiet spot.Our family really enjoyed our stay!
