Minimum rental of 02 days
New Year's Eve 2024/2025 - Minimum package of 05 nights - R$ 12,500.00
IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS:
Electricity consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 working days of leaving the property.
A LUXOBRASIL representative will meet the client at the property at a previously scheduled time.
Check-in: from 2pm
Departure: until 12 noon.
PROPERTY RULES:
NO parties/commemorations/events or pets on the property.
The property is limited to 07 (seven) people, including children.
