Brand new construction in Lincoln`s Forest Ridge neighborhood. Enjoy on-site amenities including indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness facilities, & tennis. This unit offers 3 bedrooms/ 2 full bathrooms, and is within walking distance to the Rec facility. There is a winter shuttle to Loon Mountain on peak weekends. You`ll be a short drive to the area`s top attractions, hiking trails & swimming holes. This is a perfect spot for your family vacation!

Beautiful condo that was so close to Loon! Loved the pool and hot tub for the kids. Host was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for families with kids and dogs!

We had a nice stay. Had a couple of issues and Jenna did address them. It's a great location to Loon. Close to local restaurants as well. Overall a nice weekend away.

The unit was very clean and somehow we did have room to sleep 9 adults and two children. We were disappointed with the unit being on the 3rd floor and using the recreation room/pool was a hassle. The card we were provided with did not work and the app you need to download was confusing. Additionally, the women working the front desk was a drill sergeant!

The property was lovely and very clean. Incomplete information was provided on how to activate the Verkada app for the rec center. Fortunately, Christine at the center was extremely helpful with navigating it. This was most welcome since the rental agent, Jenna, was slow to respond to multiple emails. Also , the toaster did not work. Since the property was very well maintained we would consider staying again. That being said, it would be most helpful to provide a more detailed guest check-in book.

Great Location, Cozy Accommodations

I booked a small three night stay for my family and enjoyed the location, and condo. From the spotless amenities to the modern appliances and design, this rental is ideal for those looking for quality. I was able to bring my Golden with me who enjoyed walking the neighborhood with me in the dog friendly environment. Very clean, and highly recommended. Thanks Jenna!

Twin Tip Condo review

We stayed two nights. Easy to book, very responsive owners. EXTREMELY clean unit, felt brand new. Good amenities. Great location. Pool was great- kids loved it. For families with littles- showers had only one sliding glass door, was just a little challenging for tubby time but we managed. Otherwise- overall great stay and highly recommend!

Ski Trip

This place was great for our weekend ski trip getaway. The shuttle to Loon was very convenient, we did ask the host for information on this but we weren’t provided with the website to track the shuttle! We asked neighbors and they let us know, definitely a plus being able to track it. The house was as pictured and clean.
