Pond view 3 bedroom/2 full bathroom condo at Forest Ridge Lincoln! Enjoy a spacious layout with plenty of room for the whole family (pup too!) The unit is located directly on the community pond, with a large deck to enjoy your coffee while watching the wildlife. Steps from the recreation building with indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub and fitness facilities, and on the Loon winter shuttle route. This is a hard location to beat!

Enhanced cleaning- Our unit is professionally cleaned between every guest. Linens and towels are washed locally at a commercial laundry facility with hypoallergenic detergents, ensuring your stay is as clean and comfortable as can be!

Enter into a large mudroom with tons of storage for all of your gear. Through the mudroom door you`ll find a well stocked kitchen, and a large open concept living/dining area. Radiant heat throughout the entire condo, along with a gas fireplace and supplemental mini split heat help to make your ski getaway extra cozy. Enjoy stunning views of the pond and mountains while you sip your morning coffee. The primary bedroom has a king bed (recently upgraded) with attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has a full over full bunk bed, and the third has a bunk bed with trundle. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests. Equipped with smart tv with cable, and fast wifi. The weekend Loon shuttle will pick you up right from the parking lot, making this a super convenient basecamp. Even better- the rec center is next door- close enough to walk back and forth, but just enough distance to still enjoy that quiet mountain air.

We had a great stay with the pond out front and mountain view’s! Great leap off point for hiking for our family. Nice pool and tennis courts and they have gear to loan for pickle ball and tennis and more. Very quiet location with respectful neighbors so lovely to sit back at the end of the day on the deck and enjoy stars in the sky and ducks in the pond. Super dog friendly place as well. Very nice space inside with big couches and a large dinner table for meals and games…a great family place for sure!

Clean, comfortable and dog friendly

The condo is in a quiet community. It was a fabulous place to walk our dogs. Plenty of dog poop cans to place the poop bags. The house was nice and had what we needed. We would stay here again if visiting New Hampshire.

Great Spot

We will definitely be back- great quiet spot and beautiful scenery. Close to Main St on Lincoln but tucked away and the amenities were great. Highly recommend!

Easter weekend getaway

The condo was perfect had everything we needed, plenty of space for 6 adults and our dog. Finished out the ski season at Loon great proximity. The town was just a stones throw away for food and made a quick trip down the Kangamagus highway to Rocky Gorge

Perfect location and gorgeous view!

Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Great living room, dining room and kitchen. Sat on the deck and enjoyed the view each evening. Would stay here again!

Great stay for family of 7

Plenty of space for us and all our young kids. The beds were really comfortable. We were there to ski at Loon and it was such a convenient location. My kids loved the pool too, that was a really nice extra.

Stay to attend Journey to the North Pole train ride

Perfect stay for our family, 3 generations plus one dog. The condo has a private deck overlooking a pond with walking path. Very well equipped condo. Quiet neighborhood. We look forward to visiting again.

Excellent ski weekend

Family ski trip to Loon. This place was super spacious in the family areas- we hosted dinner for us and two other families one of the nights. Very clean and updated. Comfy beds. Nice that they allow pets!

beautiful place

A wonderful place to stay. Easy check in. Super clean and comfortable for families of two plus 2 small dogs. 5 mins drive from Loon mountain. Shuttles stop by the property as wel. Snow condition was not very good, but we loved the place! Hope to be back in the future during summer and fall as well!

Nice weekend in Loon with Dog

We enjoyed our weekend at the pet friendly townhouse. The place is very spacious and well equipped for the 5 of us and could have comfortably had a couple more people. Very happy to be able to bring our pup although she is older and struggled with the stairs to the second floor. My only comment would be that the King mattress has a large hole in the middle and must be replaced before the next visitor. Shuttle at the end of the street comes every 30 minutes and was great. Super nice drivers. Dumpster is at the end of the road by the entrance. Overall we had a very nice time. Thank you for the stay!

Fabulous vacation in Lincoln. Property was immaculate with everything a family of four+ could need. So nice to have Extra linens and towels, ample dinner ware and wine glasses along with all Essential kitchen appliances and an ice maker freezer was a bonus ! Loved the Water filter pitcher too. Separate AC unit in master BR such a plus. Pups Loved looking out at the ducks on the deck and walking around the pond. We stay at Forrest Ridge annually With extended family renting units here as well. Prime location. Thanks Jenn for a fabulous and comfortable stay !

Family vacation

Beds in two rooms were broken. Shower curtain smelled like mildew. Room was missing key card so we were not able to access pool. And one day we were let in the pool area by staff workers but they were rude about the grandkids age 3 to 9 being too loud. I mean they are kids on vacation so they are going to laugh and giggle. And staff was rude questioning were we even staying there. But otherwise very nice place . Clean and great view but next time we will stay somewhere else.
