The living room has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.
The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax.
The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs, along with a drying rack.
The bedroom contains a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.
The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

This property is managed by GuestReady on behalf of its owner, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your visit. As this is a personal home, we kindly ask that you treat it with care.
The apartment is well located. On the left side of the apartment building, you can see Bluewater Island. You can take a beautiful walk along the Bluewater Island bridge, which is 1 minute away, within walking distance to the Marina Boardwalk, Dubai Ain, JBR Beach and the stunning Bluewaters. Marina Mall and the JBR 2 metro station are also within walking distance.
Downstairs you have a Viva Supermarket and Life Pharmacy right next door and a vast selection of cafes, bars, and restaurants around the apartment, such as The Blacksmith Bar and Eatery, Alloro, and Tim Hortons. At night cross over and opposite the apartment. You will see the Marina itself and stroll in all the scenery along the beautiful Marina Walk for an unforgettable experience, including a nearby Mosque and Vet Plus.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
The nearest metro station, DMCC, is just a 15-minute walk away.
DXB Airport is 25 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 30 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 30 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 20 minutes away by car.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
