The home was just as advertised--a cute little bungalow/cottage that is updated and comfortable. It had everything we needed! This was a business stay, and the location was great because it was close to where we needed to be. The neighborhood was very quiet, which was great. We'd stay here again!

Cute Cozy Home

Property is really clean and looks recently upgraded. It is very cozy and was perfect for our stay. Priced reasonably well and had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely consider additional bookings next travel to Klamath Falls.

Cute and close to downtown

Really cute little house, and close to downtown. The hosts were responsive when the heater quit working and got that fixed right away. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Excellent comfort, cleanliness, and attention to detail!

I stayed here for an event and had great sleep on the comfortable bed, great meals in the awesome kitchen, and it was the perfect overnight for several days. The hosts were awesomely accommodating to me and my dogs and super responsive. This house has clearly had a renovation and almost everything was new and in perfect working order with obvious effort to make it welcoming and warm. The only thing that could have been more perfect is if it had some sweet little outdoor areas, but it did have a nicely fenced in rocky area perfect for letting the dogs out and this is Oregon and I was outdoors all day every day of my stay anyway!

Lovely on the inside

The driveway is too steep to park in, and the "yard" is only big, sharp gravel rocks; if you have a pet with you, a walk with a baggie will be needed because the gravel was hard on her feet. That being said, the inside was meticulous and warm, and I would be happy to stay here again if I am in Klamath Falls.

First and foremost, the property is listed as Pet Friendly but I contend it is anything but. The outside of the property is unsuitable for kids or dogs with rock that is unstable/unsafe (ground is uneven in back with rock that oftentimes slides from underneath you) and sharp. Furthermore, she sends a list of “rules” to follow a couple of days before arrival that are neither legally binding and sometimes unrealistic. For instance, she has a shoe removal rule upon entry into the house while at the same time a rule to constantly monitor your pets outside that requires three sets of shoes for most ppl that is just ridiculous. The inside of the house is clean and nice overall but the bathroom is incredibly awkward and tight. The sink is too shallow with water splashing constantly no matter the amount of water pressure and the shower is very small. Overall, I’d say the property is ok for a single couple but I wouldn’t bring my dogs or kids.

The front and backyard photos accurately show the property layout and landscaping, which is designed with decorative rocks as shown in the listing. Our pet rules are in place to help maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests and their pets.
