Fully rehabbed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 2nd Floor apartment with hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, granite countertop, plenty of storage room, In unit washer and dryer. Pet-friendly. Walk to night life in central west end and come home to a quiet and cozy modern apartment. This is a fully rehabbed apartment located in the heart of central west end. You’ll love the feature wall of windows complete with a windowsill built for sitting and sipping coffee in a master suit while you’re bathed in the soft sunlight of St Louis morning. Our designer and architect took a great care in choosing material from Brazilian tiles to hardwood floors in each room. There is a in-suite bathroom in master bedroom and second bathroom is conveniently located next the hallway. Entire apartment. Dedicated covered parking spot.

Located just west of downtown, the pedestrian-friendly Central West End is nestled between Forest Park and the Saint Louis University campus. Nearby are the BJ Hospital, Washington University School of Medicine, and the Cortex Innovation Community, a national leader in tech startups. The CWE business district stretches just under a mile on Euclid and provides the perfect set-up for walking its entire length. The district is home to more than 75 restaurants, bars and businesses that will satisfy any vacation to-do list.
From downtown take the MetroLink light rail to the Central West End station. You will find plenty of lime and bird scooter around this neighborhood. This is very walkable neighborhood. Near bus station is only 100ft away.

At check-in, we require the booker to be present with the Govt Issued ID and CC for incidentals. Check-in will take place at our sister property, The West End Hotel, located at 4215 Lindell Blvd. St Louis, Mo 63108. You must be 21 or over to Book!!
Pet Rules 1. There is $25 pet fee per night. For a monthly stay there is a flat fee of $250 per pet per month. 2. Excessive barking or noise from pet may result in immediate cancellation 3. Please clean up after your pet in all common areas. 4. Failure to report your pet will result in a $250 Charge.
1. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. No parties or events. If you are planning to invite your friends and family over , you must get pre authorization from us. Violations will result in immediate cancellation. 2. No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees of $250 to remove odor and stains will be applied to your credit card if a smoking smell was discovered upon checkout. 3. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. 4. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. 5. If you have read it this far, THANK YOU for being a SUPER GUEST! 6.
