Raechelle is a wonderful host. This is our second time staying at this property and we were not disappointed. It is very clean, well stocked and quite a few little extras (candy, coffee, Christmas decorations). The location is very convenient for those that enjoy downtown Galena without having to drive and find parking!

Great apartment…we loved the historical charm of the brick walls and original wood floors; yet it was decorated with modern chic furniture…perfection. Although this is a lower unit with 26 steps to navigate to the front door, the high ceilings and natural light from large windows overlooking Main Street make it spacious. The location is ideal…one block up from the center of Main Street…we walked everywhere and having the parking spot so close is wonderful should you need a car.

Beautiful place! We instantly felt at home. The location was perfect for getting downtown for shopping. Extra amenities were included, like coffee and creamer, shampoo, nice smelling soap, and soft toilet paper () if I come back to the area, I will definitely stay again.

Girls Weekend

This was the perfect destination for a college reunion with four friends. Raechelle was easy to communicate with and professional. The suite was attractive, had everything we needed (plus more), located close to all the downtown attractions and came with one reserved parking spot (though ons street parking available close by). There are two short flights of wooden stairs to walk down to get into the suite. We were so close to great walking paths to explore the beauty of Galena. I know we will rent this space again for any future trip here.

Wonderful place to stay

Great location facing to Main Street. Condo was nicely appointed and clean. It had plenty of space for two couples and the bedroom set ups makes it perfect to give everyone some privacy. Owner was very responsive to answer questions. If we plan to come back to Galena, we will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you!

Perfect blend of historic charm and features, with modern amenities. Great location overlooking downtown Galena's Main Street. Great communication with manager re: unit and parking details.I'd definitely recommend this unit to friends/family.

We had the most amazing stay at this stunning condo in Galena! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the impeccable design and thoughtful touches throughout. The space is not only gorgeous but also incredibly clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The condo is perfectly located, offering breathtaking views of Galena's natural beauty. Whether we were sipping coffee in the dining room or enjoying the cozy fireplace in the evening, every moment felt special. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bedrooms were like a dream – spacious with plush beds for a restful night’s sleep. What really set this property apart was the attention to detail. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even leaving a helpful guide to local attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the area, Galena itself is such a charming town with so much to explore, and this condo was the perfect home base for our adventures. We can’t recommend this VRBO enough. It’s ideal for a romantic getaway, a family trip, or even a peaceful solo retreat. We’re already looking forward to coming back for another stay. If you’re considering a visit to Galena, don’t hesitate—book this condo! You won’t regret it.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment itself was wonderful and just as described. It’s spacious and comfortable. There were only two of us so we had plenty of elbow room. The furnishings are nicely done and the home stocked with what you’d expect, a nice amount of towels, kitchenware , cookware, extra toilet paper, etc. The location just above Main Street is wonderfully convenient and adds to the charm of the place. Entering, however, requires going down some wooden stairs, a few of which are loose, so was a bit unnerving when we first arrived. Parking is just down the street, which is very convenient. All in all a nice stay. It was our first time in Galena and the accommodations certainly added to the success of the trip.
