Pensacola Vacation

First time visiting Pensacola. The condo was very nice. It looks over the bay which was wonderful. Our son was able to play in the water while we sat on the balcony. The pool was very nice, never busy. Close to Orange Beach and Pensacola Beach. Would stay here again.

Great quiet location on the bay!

We loved the location! A lot of space for family, two decks for morning coffee and close to Perdido Key beaches and the grocery store. Great communication with the owner too!

Summer Vacation

Very nice townhouse! We had a great time! The grandchildren loved playing in the bay! The complex was very quiet and family oriented.

Loved it!

We loved the townhome. It was perfect for the 6 of us. The access to the water out the back door was amazing! Would rent here again.

Fantastic as always

Phenomenal vacation expertise as always at this property. Derrick is very responsive if you have any questions, home is always clean and well stocked. The bay area behind the house is awesome for kids and adults alike to enjoy innerarity point.

Derrick is wonderful to work with. Helped us in every way. Townhouse is beautiful and location is perfect. Will definitely be going back. So much to do right there on the bay and only 10 minutes from beach. A+++

Wonderful stay!

This location is perfect! The views from the family room and primary BR are a great way to begin and end your day. Everything you need is convenient and nearby. There are lots of restaurants, beauty salons, golf courses, shopping, etc. Derik was so helpful and attentive. Made sure we had everything we needed during our two month stay. We will return just to watch the dolphins play!

Best time ever!

Derrick is a wonderful host, and the townhouse is in a perfect location. I love being next to the bay where the kids can play without rip tide worries. We had great dinners at Hub Stacy's, Doc's Seafood in Orange Beach, and Tacky Jack's. Johnson's Beach was beautiful, and a dolphin cruise in the gulf was beyond expectations...we saw a lot of sharks swimming around the beach within a few feet of people on floats.

What a fabulous condo!

The location is very quiet and the condo complex is very family friendly. We loved the views from both balconies and the easy access to the bay. The kids enjoyed borrowing the kayaks each day. The whole condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. We liked the calming beach vibes it gave off. The kitchen is well stocked and it was so nice to have use of the washer and dryer to do laundry. All of the beds were very comfortable and it was helpful to have 3 bathrooms for our group. You won't regret booking this treasure. We highly recommend it.

Great Family Spot to Enjoy Perdido Key Area

Our family (adults and kids aged 7-10) had a great week at this property. We loved the low-key bay just outside the condo - we enjoyed wading and kayaking as well as searching for hermit crabs, stingrays, and dolphins. We enjoyed the pool at the complex, too. Very family friendly. The unit is close to the grocery, Johnson's National Seashore and other great free beach accesses in Perdido Key. We were a short drive from Naval Naval Aviation Museum/Blue Angels in Pensacola and found some great dinner spots in nearby Orange Beach, AL. The unit itself was as pictured; could have been slightly cleaner (had to wipe inside of cabinets and drawers before using) but overall was very nice and comfy. The owner was great; quick to respond to questions. Would come again!

Great spot for kids!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The inside is nicely decorated and has everything you need and more. It has a full size washer and dryer and a closet downstairs with beach chairs and toys. The bay is knee to waist deep so perfect for small children to play. We saw tons of fish! The paddle board and kayak were fun. The only negative we found is the outside of the condo is in need of repairs and almost all the outdoor chairs on the main level were broken. We just used the beach chairs instead and there is lots of outdoor seating on the other balconies. We would definitely stay here again though! The owner is very easy to get ahold of and helpful!

Great Spot For Getaway

This has been the best spot for my family and I, to bring the grandchildren. My daughters and I have stayed here before with the grandchildren and spend some time together. Everything is right there. We spend time at the beach, shopping, and eating at the local restaurants. Then we spend a day at the condo, letting the children swim. You walk right out to the water. Perfect for the kids. We watch the dolphins, they put on a few little shows for us. Kids were able to fish, and Derrick provides kayaks, that the kids loved. Great view of the bay from balcony. Derrick as always a great host. The condo, had everything you needed and some. Super clean, and plenty of room. Looking for the perfect place to get away, you should really look into staying here. We will def be back.

Beautiful Bay

Everything was nice and clean. The Bay is just beautiful, I’ll give this condo a 5 ⭐️. When we return to Mobile or Pensacola, we’ll diffidently re-rent this property 🙂

Dolphin Heaven on the bay

The gate code didn't work most of the time and we were unable to reach the owner the first day and 1/2 to notify him. (Was out of the town). The condo was not clean. I went to pull a sheet out of the closet and sand poured out of it. The microwave had not been cleaned ever it seemed. And the refridgerator was in desperate need to be wiped out. We cleaned the first day we were there. This was not a dealbreaker for us as we always clean where we are staying but to find sheets that had not even been washed tucked amongst clean stuff was disappointing. The condo has a beautiful water view of the bay and nice calm water for the kiddos. The kayaks were a nice touch too. The dolphins swam in morning and night to feed and would sometimes put on a little show. Overall the area felt safe with the kids too. I know that the owners don't go behind the cleaners but I think I would have to hire some new ones because the last VRBO complaint was a valid one, I was hoping it was wrong.

BEAUTIFUL WATER VIEW

Townhome was dirty!! We did not sit on furniture,stains on couch covers and throw pillows. Bed were sloppily made.Washed bed linen.Rusty outside furniture. Would never rent this unit again.

We saw dolphins close to the condo!

This place was a lot of fun - the water was as described, shallow enough for the kids to play to their heart's content. We brought some inflatable boats and used the kayak that Derrick provided and the kids had boat races. The dolphins came close to the condo, maybe 25 yards away! And the jumping mullet were fun to watch as well. The pool was clean and not crowded this time of year. We ate out the first night at Hub Stacey's located right down the street, the sandwiches were great (and huge!) and reasonably priced - I would definitely recommend it. We spent beach time at Johnson's Beach at the Nat'l Seashore, you have to pay to get in (National Park service) but it was more than worth it. We will be back for sure, this beach was amazing - clean restrooms, pavilions, very short walk to the water, not crowded, and well maintained as you would expect from a Nat'l Seashore location. The drive to Foley and Lambert's wasn't bad at all, maybe 30 or 40 minutes. Overall, this has been my favorite beach rental EVER. Thanks Derrick !!

Perfect vacation!

This was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We loved it! The bay provided a great place for our littles to play and kayak. Everything we needed was just a short drive away. The home has plenty of space and every amenity we could have asked for. We definitely plan to come back!
