Up to four guests can stay at Perdido Sun 514, with additional accommodations in the living room. From the comfort of your living room, you’ll be able to take in sweeping views of the Gulf as you curl up and enjoy a movie night. Or, spend some time on the covered balcony taking in the fresh sea air. When it comes to preparing meals, you’ll find all the cookware you need, plus plenty of counter space to spread out your creations. The bedroom features a large ensuite bathroom with a full-length mirror and combination shower and bathtub.

every thing was ok except the nasty rug in the living room. It is old and very worn. I wanted to just remove it until we checked out. The owner or the management team should remove it. It gives a terrible impression.

We had some issues at check in with the key pad. Some of the numbers were tricky and it took working with the host to finally get the keypad to work. The room itself was fine as was the location. We did have an issue with the bathtub draining while showering so you wound up standing in water while showering. Our biggest issue was the construction outside our door. We were not informed that they would be using a jackhammer all day right across from our room nor were we informed that this would start at 7am and continue for 2 days. Made it very difficult to relax in our room during the day. We also had some issues at checkout. Checkout was at 9am. We left our room at 7 am to take some of our things to our car and could not get back in. We had had no problems after initial keypad issue and had to call to be let back in to get the rest of our stuff.

It was the perfect location. Check in and check out were a breeze. No issues at all. It could use a little updating- it is definitely showing some wear and tear, but we weren’t inside very much and we ate out. It was the perfect for the two of us.

Great beach getaway!

The unit was clean and liked like the photos. Comfortable bed, functional kitchen. Wonderful view of both beach and pool. Would stay here again!

Less touristy

Perdido Key seemed a bit less busy than your other popular tourist spots. The condo at Perdido Sun was just as pictured online. The beach access was nice since it was part of the property. Check in/out was very easy and painless. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

My husband and I booked this as a last minute get away for our anniversary. The place is clean and loved sitting on the patio having wine. Not crowded at all since off season. The from desk staff is nice. We rented beach loungers with umbrella.

Beach location

Pappy and YiaYia stayed at the condo on the beach with the indoor pool and our three littles and their parents stayed a few miles away at our sons home. It worked out just fine.

Check in and out was soooo super easy! Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Wi-fi was easy to log into. Beach was steps away! Pools were clean - indoor heated pool was great. We didn’t use the bbq puts or the hot tub. The only uncomfortable part was the sofa bed. Really uncomfortable and seems to have a lot of wear. My 3 year old didn’t mind it - but an adult would not sleep good on it. As a couch it was ok - bed, not so much. The king size bed was comfy. Would definitely stay again!

We had tons of fun…loved room for lost found/trade beach equipment…such a clever idea (especially for kids)! Only problem was continua marijuana smoke coming from another room

Clean comfortable Condo.

Exceptionally clean. Nice comfortable bed and linens. Pictures of condo when booking, didn’t show a few cosmetic issues. Cabinets are in bad shape. Refrigerator is old and makes noises, glad no one was trying to sleep on sofa bed.

Stingy on the toilet paper, no jacuzzi

The jacuzzi wasn't operational, contrary to the advertisement. But it will forever be remembered as the place that said bring your own toilet paper. Couldn't leave an extra roll?

Just us

The condo was beautiful , clean and the view was great also. The only thing I asked the rental agent if there was a washer and dryer in the condo. I was told yes so my wife and I packed light. When we checked in no washer and dryer in the condo, there was one in the building. So, we could wash our clothes it was a little bit of an inconvenience.
