Our family had a wonderful time.However, we had some concerns as follows:There were cigarette butts around the entry, garage and backyard as well as beer cans in the backyard sitting area.In the Master bedroom, the A/C vent was covered in black dust/lint that was hanging down over the bed.The lights next to the bed did not work.The fan remote control didn't work.The remote control for the TV in the main room did not work, and the remote control for the fan in the main room was missing altogether.In the first bedroom upon entry, there was a hole in the closet that looked like it was sawed into.Also, there was a weird "hard, crusty" stain in the blanket on that bed.There was no fan in there either--really needed one because it is warm in there.Top bedroom, the outlet closest to the door did not have consistent power so our chargers wouldn't work.There also needs to be a fan in there.Overall, we had a blast. Just seems like if we are paying a 200 cleaning fee, then everything should be clean, and everything should work.
