Fantastic location!

We really enjoyed our stay at your Redpine condo. The condo was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. This condo has a nice upgraded bathroom and open concept, which made our stay more comfortable. The location was great allowing us to easily hop on the Cabriolet each morning to thoroughly enjoy all Canyons and Park City has to offer.

Great location.

Very comfortable and roomy for two people. Location is great...just a short walk to the Canyons Cabriolet lift and the Canyons Transit Station.

Great Stay!

This stay was great for us. The short 5 minute walk to the lift made it easy to hit the slopes. Finding the condo and parking was a breeze. Our only suggestion would be to add some more hang up/storage for ski attire, we struggled to hang everything up to dry at the end of the day. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend!

Everything we needed!

Great location to everything. Suited our family of three- teenage son was on the pullout but it would be crowded with more people. Exactly as pictured. Loved the walk to transit hub and cabriolet.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect location for a quick walk to the Cabriolet lift to get you up to the Red Pine Gondola. Clean and cute place. King Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with all you need. Got a little chilly in the living room with just the fireplace - but it helped when you turned on heater in bedroom. Overall perfect place to enjoy all the great powder skiing.

Beautiful Renovations

Spacious living area that is convenient to the mountain. The kitchen and bay have beautiful upgrades. The unit could use some air humidifiers. The owner needs to post directions on the climate control. Other than that, we really enjoyed the unit and our stay.

This was our second stay in this condo unit. The location is fantastic to get easily to and from the Cabriolet. The weather was quite warm this trip so we could not ski down most of the way instead of taking the Cabriolet. The walk back to the condo is a little bit uphill but it’s not bad and there is a path that runs behind the condos that makes it a little bit shorter than going through the parking lot.Condo is clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Working grill. Plenty of dishes, slow cooker, and good kitchen knives. There are some spices and shelf stable items like soy sauce that others have left behind that meant I didn’t have to buy. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is modern. Couch converts to a bed. Laundry available a short walk away at the clubhouse. Pool, hot tubs and sauna are great and open until 9 at the clubhouse.We did rent a car which allowed us to get to Smith’s grocery store in the next town, an 8-minute easy drive.Communication with the host was easy and through text and email. When we got to town a little early, I texted to see if we could check in and they quickly responded with a yes.Booking came with a free ski rental which was super easy to arrange for delivery on our first night and pickup when we were done. A nice perk for renting the condo for the week.Overall, great place to stay for 2 adults and a child. We liked it so much we’ve been here twice. If we ski Park City Canyons again, would come back and rent again.

The condo is well located but needs a space to put skiis and gear. There are very few hooks or places for jackets and ski stuff. The fireplace glass is fogged ao you dont see the fire which is a bummer. The kitchen is well stocked and bathroom is nice

Great Location; Responsive Management; Thin walls

Great value for our stay. Property is a 5 minute walk to the Cabriolet Lift that takes us to Canyon village. Management is super responsive via text and everything worked out great. Property was clean and complete. Cons are the ceilings/walls are super thin and we could literally heard people above us stomping around loudly, especially at bedtime. Hot tub was a few minutes walk away and not very impressive (jets and indoor jaccuzzi not working). Kitchen was well-stocked with appliances that we needed to cook for our 3 days. Adequate well-stocked place and convenient to slopes

650 sq ft was a bit tight for 2 adults, 2 teenagers and all our ski/snowboard gear but definitely adequate to stay for 6 nights. Came with large bed, futon and air mattress. Kitchen was supplied with mostly everything we needed. We could hear footsteps and music from the family staying above us, so I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're sensitive to noise. There's no central heating system which left us hot or cold at times. I also wish the management company told us before we checked in that you need to download the CV connect app to order the super convenient free shuttle to the slopes/shops, etc and that their offer for free rentals needed to be placed 72 hours before our trip.

1st time to PC

We had a great visit to Park City and will definitely return. The condo was very nice and clean. The only issue we had was with the heat the first night. We thought maybe there hadn’t been anyone staying there prior to us and the heat was just taking a bit to heat up. We woke up and our bedroom was 62 degrees. There was definitely something wrong. We called maintenance and they had someone there in about an hour or so. He fixed the problem in no time and when we got back from snowboarding, the condo was toasty. Luckily there were plenty of blankets to keep us warm the first night. Overall, a great vacations!

Great Location

The property is ideal for a ski getaway. As other reviewers have noted the property lacks a ski closet, hooks or racks for ski clothes. There were just two of us, so not a huge deal, however, I could see how this could become problematic for, a family of four. We purchased three plastic over-the-door hook racks and brought them with us. The location is ideal, and the on-demand shuttle made getting on and off the mountain a breeze. We also walked to the Cabriolet lift, which was simple. The property manager was very attentive and reached out via text several times by text. Two downsides to the property, one 10 AM checkout and the other was overall cleanliness. The property needs a deep clean. I'm sure its a derivative of volume renting. Overall great fro the price paid and location.

Canyons Getaway

All of the Red Pines 1 bedroom condos share the same compact floor plan. They are very cozy. But this one has been nicely updated and has a King bed. There were lots of nice features, but a few things missing for a ski condo. There is no ski storage inside or out and a serious lack of places to hang coats and ski gear. The condo needs a bigger entry rug to keep from tracking in snow. You can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around, but it wasn't a big problem. Our second condo this year without a colander and there's no garbage disposal. A little drafty with single digit temps. So not perfect, but it's nicely updated at a good price and a great location. While you can walk to the Cab lift, you can also use the Canyons Connect app to order up a ride to and from the Village at any time. Very convenient. The Mgmt Company was responsive and easy to work with. Overall a good experience.

Excellent location and attentive host

Our first impressions walking into the property were that it was very clean and a good use of space. Me, my wife and our three kids (13, 7, 2) fit comfortably and did not feel cramped at all. They had a pack & play in the closet to be used as a crib/bed for the toddler and the other two kids comfortably share the sofa bed. There were ample spare sheets, blankets, and pillows. The location is perfectly close to the ski resort, and definitely take advantage of the CV Connect app to request a shuttle straight from your door to the ski area. The host was helpful and attentive and responded promptly to all communication. Our only complaint, and this is not the fault of the host, is that the ceiling is quite thin, meaning that we could hear nearly every footstep of the guests in the chalet above. This was mostly noticeable once we had quieted down for the evening and were lying in bed. I'm unsure if any noise we made traveled up to them. Not a major gripe, but if you are a light sleeper perhaps pack some earplugs or noise canceling headphones. Overall we were very pleased and would readily book here again.

Ok place..need better upstairs neighbors

First,____The sound insulation between 1st and 2nd floors is terrible. Could hear conversations upstairs...muffled, but enough to wake you up if they were talking even moderately loud. On top of that our upstairs neighbors decided to play music till midnight. And then the stomping and moving chairs around woke me up at 230am 2 different nights.____The router quit working. We contacted itrip and they said they would send someone out. Claim was they did and said it was a provider problem and would have to contact the owner. When we got back from skiing we power cycled the router and everything worked after that...hmm..top notch maintainence.____The condo is not 200 yds from Cabriolet lift as advertised. Google maps says more than 400yds ..big difference in ski boots.____

It is unfortunate that the upstairs guests were loud during your stay; unfortunately these are privately owned homes and we are not able to control what happens in other condos. We appreciate you reaching out during your stay to allow us to look into the internet glitch; as you mention we did send a tech to look at the internet who reached out to the owner and was able to get things arranged (which allowed it to work when you rebooted).
