Perfect stay, quiet area and a great base

We have stayed here twice before, prior to renovation which is lovely. The apartment has all you need, great space outside, it’s quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be returning.

O apartamento é espaçoso, bem decorado, com quase tudo necessário para umas térias tranquilas...entretanto fiquei um pouco desiludida com a resposta dada pelo propietário aquando verificámos que estavamos sem TV, depois de insistirmos...deu como resposta "se não estão contentes, fechem a porta e vão-se embora"...E assim estivemos as férias todas sem TV...quando abordado que faltava um balde com esfregona" porque gosto de deixar/estar num ambiente limpo" mandou dizer que se precisasse-mos que comprasse-mos ...Nós pagamos a estadia a tempo e horas, como nos foi exigido...só tinham que ter tudo como mencionava no contrato...contudo, o local é excelente, a piscina muito boa...se não fossem esses esses detalhes, teriam sido umas férias 5*

Very pleasant stay. Some problems on the day of arrival with cable TV and AC, but with the prompt collaboration of Ms. Monica Mendes and her husband were promptly resolved.

Wonderful apartment

Very happy with our recent stay at the apartment very clean modern refurbished bathrooms and kitchen fast internet very comfortable just a few feet from the swimming pool which was also very quiet a car is handy for trips to the marina would definitely recommend.

Perfect accommodation for golfing holiday

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location. The apartment was clean with everything you need for an easy self catering break. Just down a few steps and you are at the pool with sun loungers available. We want to visit again next year

Lovely apartment and location

This is a very nice apartment in a quiet location perfect for a relaxing holiday. The only just installed new shower/wet-room was excellent( there was a wee leak problem initially, but Robert had the plumber out to fix it within minutes of reporting it - well done!) The local Laguna golf clubhouse provided decent meals a 15 minute walk away, and a 5 minute taxi ride ($8) took us into the marina for nighttime entertainment. We hired bikes from the Funbike shop a couple of miles away (very decent carbon road bike and an urban bike) and had a great time pottering about Vilamoura and Quateria as well as a few longer run to Almancil and Loule. We will certainly consider this apartment again if we return to Vilamoura in the future.

Nice apartment.

We had a lovely time and in general found the apartment had everything we needed. It was difficult to find. Do not on any account rely on the Google map on the Holiday Rentals website, which is highly misleading. Get the full address from the owner. When we arrived we found that the seats of two of the dining room chairs were broken, leaving only four usable ones. However there were other folding chairs on the balcony we used. I'm sure the owner will want to fix this and possibly buy two more dining chairs as the apartment is advertised as sleeping eight. Otherwise everything worked fine. Very clean. When we went in May there were only a couple of other apartments occupied in a block of about 12, so we had the pool almost to ourselves. Great! Owner seems to travel a lot and can take time to reply.

this apartment is ground floor with a small number of steps to the pool so close enough for easy access but slightly set back about 15 yards so you can enjoy peace on your balcony without other guests looking on to you have a dinner or lunch or just lazing about
