We enjoyed our stay here. Host went above and beyond to assure we were able to check-in early to prepare for my daughter’s birthday celebration. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Loved the place , smart tvs in every room didnt cook but the stove & kitchen looks good had pots & pans plenty of room inside outside patio with tables chairs plenty of space to park outside

The host's communication skills were amazing. His response times were fast and he remained flexible throughout changing needs. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and safe. It was close to many grocery stores and a short drive away from the mall. The house was everything we expected and true to the listing. It was clean. There was more than enough bedding provided. The check in and check out processes were uncomplicated and stress free.

The pictures that are shown on VRBO by the owner are extremely deceptive. We contacted the owner immediately upon check in to let him know we would not be staying there due to the condition of the rental. More than 10 days later, we still have not received a response. The entire house looked like there had been a Frat party held there with cupboard doors ripped off their hinges, a smashed tile floor in the kitchen, a damaged & unsafe entrance… As I had originally explained to the owner, we were traveling with my 93 year old father and there was no way my husband or I would have felt safe letting him stay in the house. My biggest regret is that I didn’t take pictures to show how deceptive the owner had been about his VRBO property. We have stayed in many, many VRBO rentals over the years and we’ve never had a problem before this rental. Do NOT book this property unless you are prepared to be terribly disappointed. Like us, you may find yourself having to book two hotel rooms to spend the night in instead.

We enjoyed the stay. The home was a nice size for everyone. Little minor hiccups. We did not realise the fridge was not on to keep things cold until later in fuest night. We were able to get it on but never could get ice to work. Puppy kept picking up stuff behind the couch, but she likes to find stuff all the time. Overall the host is extremely nice and the house has many upgrades which allows for a very comfortable stay whether traveling around the town or staying in to watch the many tvs available.

Our experience with this rental was extremely disappointing. In the beginning, the host was very responsive and helpful while we were booking, which made us feel confident about our stay. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the condition of the property was completely unacceptable.Within minutes of entering the home we noticed several issues. The tile floors were cracked in multiple places and some cabinet doors in the kitchen were missing. The shower had visible mold in the cracks, and the kitchen had a very unpleasant odor.The biggest concern was cleanliness. There were stains on the beds and hair balls on the bedding. When I pulled back the comforter on the bed I intended for my daughter to sleep in, I found a half-eaten candy wrapper and loose change underneath the covers, which clearly indicated the beds had not been properly cleaned between guests. In the master bedroom, there were also mold-like spores visible on the wood flooring.There were also safety concerns. The back door frame looked like it had been pried open from both the inside and outside, leaving the frame visibly damaged and making the door feel unsafe for my family.Because of the cleanliness and safety issues, we stayed for about 30 minutes before deciding we could not remain in the home. We had to leave and find a hotel for the night instead.We attempted to contact the host after leaving but did not receive any response. I have photo documentation of all of the issues described above.

Loved the house

I loved and enjoyed everything about this place! I had my 19th birthday party here and it turned out to be extremely fun. So many compliments were made about the house and I totally recommend checking this place out!

Beautiful home and accommodating host

I thought the house was beautiful on the inside, with all the updated appliances and technology throughout. The only issue was no bed in one room, there was a couch and a mattress, which worked out for the younger people. Overall...i loved the house and would definitely stay again if the host would have me.

All in all it was a pleasant stay for my family and I. Plenty of space and good accommodations for the nightly rate it was listed at. The host was prompt in responding back to me in reference to my questions. For the price, a 7.5 or 8 out of 10 rating is well deserved. However, I will say to the host that the property has the potential to be a true hidden gem!! Only a few things stood out that I noticed.1. The cabinets in the kitchen needed a little attention.2. There was a sticky residue on a few remotes and other surfaces that had to cleaned (Proper or better house cleaning will easily solve that issue)3. Better pest control (I'm a sensible guy and grew up in the deep south, so a few "little friends" doesn't bother me but my guest noticed).Once again a good find for the , charming property with more than enough space, surprisingly quiet neighborhood close to plenty of food and entertainment, not to mention an awesome host with prompt communication. This is a winner in my book! I would gladly recommend and reserve again if needed.

Very disappointed

I did not get my full hours of staying the communication sucked barely could get in the house had to call the host over 5 times . Even now the communication sucked because I have to keep calling and texting about my stuff that was left he claims I could get it then when I came up there no response to get my stuff and if I’m not able to get my stuff I will take legal matters . The front door code did not work everytime I asked about the rooms etc or tried to ask questions all my questions weren’t answered I did not get my money’s worth didn’t get to check in into 9 pm and even left the property early due to disappointment of not being able to even enjoy my full hours . It was suppose to been an event due to weather everything failed . Wasn’t able to enjoy the back years or really anything .
