Brand new home perfectly situated below Mount Helena and close to downtown. Trails and the fully paved Le Grande Cannon path are just six blocks away. Park in the heated garage and store all of your gear. Fully fenced yard perfect to bring your furry friends with you. Upon entering, you will be flooded with natural light and views of the Sleeping Giant, Scratchgravel Hills, and Mount Helena. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, double oven, and coffee/tea bar.

My wife and I are excited to offer this home to pet-loving outdoor enthusiasts! We were born and raised in Helena, went to Montana State (Go Cats!), and have two rescue dogs. I am an electrical engineer in power delivery, and my wife is an accountant for the State of Montana. We love to hike up Mount Helena, ski, go to the lakes, or get a beer at one of the many amazing breweries in town. Please reach out if you have any questions!

This house was both designed and built by Brooke and Zach. The apartment was designed with the location and the views in mind. Looking out the expansive south windows, you'll see stunning views of the Helena valley and the sleeping giant. Views from the bedroom feature Mount Helena.
