Escape to this awesome 4-bedroom cabin retreat in Sevierville. With 3 queen beds and 1 queen-over queen bunk beds (for a total of 5 queen beds), there's plenty of space for all guests. Enjoy the tranquil surroundings and modern amenities like AC, fiber optic high speed WiFi, a washing and dryer, hot tub, and black stone grill, and 3 - 65" smart TVs. The bunk room has a 42" TV that is equipped with old arcade style games. NOTE: This property is 2 buildings. There is a main house which has 3 bedrooms and a loft that sleeps 10 and a game room about 50 ft away that includes a full bathroom and 2 queen-over queen built in bunk beds that sleep and additional 8. I personally love the game-room and could just live there.

The property has a large open living room with a sectional surround, a full-size sofa and loveseat for plenty of seating. The living room has a 65" smart TV. There is a second family room on the lower level with another large surround sofa and a second 65" smart TV to enable family members to watch different programming.

The main level has a master bedroom with a queen bed and master bath. There is also a second full bath on the main level just off the kitchen. The loft has another queen bed. Both bathrooms on the main level have cypress walls and ceilings with custom made vanities. The handrails for the stairs are also custom work to add a rustic flair. The newel posts were made from 3x6" poplar and rebar was used for the spindles.

The lower level has a single full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One lower level bedroom has a queen bed. The second lower level bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk bed. That provides a total of 5 queen beds in the house.

There is also a detached game room that has another full bathroom and 2 sets of queen-over-queen beds bringing the total bed count for the property to 9 queen beds. The "game room" has a pool table, custom14 ft shuffleboard table, and custom12'6" farmhouse table in addition to 2 round game tables. There is a kitchenette with a ninja blender, microwave, griddle, farm house sink and full size refrigerator as well. There is also another 65" smart TV and high speed internet. The countertop, shuffleboard, and the large farm house table were all custom made using actual bowling alley from West End Bowling Alley that was located in Morristown, TN about 30 minutes from Pigeon Forge! The shuffleboard has been designed to allow for multiple different games including traditional shuffleboard, curling, and bowling (using pucks, not bowling balls).

This is a pet friendly rental. There is a flat pet fee of $100 that will cover 1-2 pets.

We also just added a fire pit to the property. Please take care when using it to ensure the fire stays inside the fire pit. A gentleman just down the street sells firewood, He is located at the corner of Kellum Creek Rd and Douglas Dam Rd. (VRBO blocks providing a phone number.)

This property has plenty of parking and can handle 8 vehicles, one of which may be a small boat. It is located about 1 mile to Douglas Lake and very close to "The Dam Store" on Douglas Dam Road. The lake has a public picnic area and swimming. A boat launch and boat rental is also roughly 1 mile away. Other attractions very near by are the Smokey Mountain Water Park, Wilderness of the Smokies, the Sevierville Conventions Center and many other attractions. Mountain Cove Marina is just over a mile from the property and also offers boat rentals.
