Convenient location

Very close to Tulsa Expo Center which is why we were in town.

It a great little hose.

We came down for soccer tournament and was in and out all weekend. It was great, better than staying in a hotel.

Lacking

The property felt gross, from a curb angle, the grass was overgrown and I know the VRBO owner can’t help it but the neighbor has dogs out 24/7 to guard their house that aggressively bark. The house is cute but I can tell it isn’t a priority — the bedroom was full of cobwebs and bugs and the floors, corners and counters were grimy. There was someone else’s clothing on the ground by the washing machine and food marks on the counters. There was no cleaning supplies, vacuum, paper towels, detergent, or even trash bags. The recycling can was filled to the brim with trash when we got there so we brought them to the curb and the trash company didn’t take them. We stayed for over 2 weeks and brought our trash elsewhere to dispose of it. There’s a cute basket of snacks on the counter but they’re expired. We went and bought cleaning supplies to clean it before leaving and it was cleaner than when we arrived. The host was nice to work with. We didn’t receive check in information from the app so we called them around midnight when we got in town and they were so gracious.

Lovely little gem!

The house was lovely and SO clean! The owners left all the necessities so you don’t have to go out to track things down. Hangers in the closets, towels, Clorox wipes, laundry detergent, and a welcome basket. The water pressure was fantastic. Safe neighborhood and close to Expo Square and everything you need. My service dog had a lovely fenced in yard for the limited time we were there. The twins were a bit small, but comfortable! The house has remotes for the lights and fans, but the ones in the twin bedrooms were close enough to operate the other room’s. We had a good laugh when we figured it out. Absolutely lovely house and a wonderful owner! I will be rebooking this property for next year!!
