Very pleased with the property overall. Clean, cozy, and conveniently located to beach access. The closed in garage area, along with outdoor shower added to the appeal. The privacy fence and outdoor seating area was perfect for our dog, as she is one of our children and we don’t travel without her.

Beautiful!!

This place is absolutely beautiful! Clean! The linens and towels were included which is a huge plus for us! The internet went out while we were there, sent a text to Sea Star and they sent someone out in no time to fix the issue! Perfect location! Walk across the street and you are on the beach! Highly recommend this house and would definitely rent again!

We enjoyed our stay, very short walk to the beach and the house had everything we needed to get started for the week. I will say the only con that the house was poorly cleaned before we arrived. There was fecal streaks on the bathroom wall in the upstairs bathroom and you could tell it was just ran through quickly so I would address with your cleaning service. But all in all the house was great just minor things but we enjoyed Surfside and the convenience of the sea star realty rentals that were dropped off and the credit you get from booking you could not beat that anywhere. We got 2 bikes and umbrella and cart for nearly nothing after booking credits etc.. This house was all we needed and was close to everything and everyone in our party loved it.

Thanks for the review — glad Silver Springs’ short walk to the beach and the well-stocked house set you up for the week, and that the booking credits and rentals were a good value for your group. I’m very sorry about the cleanliness issue in the upstairs bathroom; that’s unacceptable. I’ve reported it to our cleaning team so they can correct it and prevent future occurrences. Appreciate the feedback, and we’d love to host you again.

Perfect Beach Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was clean, and in an incredible location. Perfect to roll out of bed to enjoy the sunrise and beach for a few hours, back to the house to make breakfast, then back to the beach for the day in the sand and sun. House was well stocked with kitchenwares, towels, and blankets! Company responded quickly to an issue with the dishwasher, and checkin/checkout was a breeze. We will definitely be back!

The place was not very clean. Very outdated furniture and bathtub stopper was broken. No amenities for the price. Upstairs tvs did not work.

Thanks for the feedback, we’re sorry to hear things weren’t up to standard. If anything’s ever off during a stay, we’re always happy to send housekeeping or maintenance to fix it right away. Your notes about the furniture, amenities, and TVs are helpful, and we’ll be reviewing them with the team to make sure improvements are made.
