New spacious beautiful Home in enchanting Hill City!

This Hill City home is the third we have built here. It boasts 5 inviting bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 full size bunk beds. Each of 4 bathrooms is equipped with a hair dryer and a bathtub/shower for your convenience. With a powder bath off of the kitchen - that's 5 total bathrooms! The soothing atmosphere of this property will make guests feel right at home. Whether you're looking for a nice getaway or a central home base, this home has everything you need for a complete stay. We look forward to welcoming you to this home.

This home is currently under construction and will be available May 10th, 2025.

Plenty of space for large families/groups and will serve you well for the many activities our guests have enjoyed over the many years we have offered nightly rentals here in Hill City!

ATV/UTV trial riding - bring the machines! We have plenty of parking for the trailers and easy access to the trail system

Hiking - wow, so close to some of the best trails in the state!

Sight-seeing - You would be in the center of it all, Mount Rushmore, Needles Highway, Crazy Horse and many others.

Our group of 4 couples loved this house. Every couple had their own bathroom. The location is great for everything in the Black Hills. Hot tub was a bonus. Well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 8 people and we couldn’t be more pleased with the beautiful home. We were so happy every place in Hill city was within walking distance. What a peaceful neighborhood and the large rooms gave us plenty of space. Thanks Chuck, you are such a gracious host.

This home was perfect for our group. Comfortable, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Chuck is a friendly and very attentive host! This is a great location for all the activities in the area. And plenty of onsite parking too!

Gorgeous and spacious home, perfect for a large group or multiple families, with a great separate area for kids/teens upstairs with its own kitchenette. Beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and large kitchen table for games. The home is ideally located for biking the Mickelson trail. No transporting bikes to or from trailheads. Chuck was incredibly accommodating and great to work with.

Our stay with family of 7 and an infant as well as our Frenchie was very enjoyable. We used this stay as our start point to many of the surrounding areas including the Badlands, Spearfish Canyon, Deadwood, Mt Rushmore and Custer State Park. It worked our perfectly. The firepit and front and back porch were very nice to sit and relax. Multiple washers and dryers made doing laundry very easy. Although we did not use the bicycles that certainly is a nice feature to enjoy.The split level with 3 bedrooms downstairs and 2 upstairs with the play area provides plenty of space for all. We had a great time and this house worked perfectly. .

This house was perfect! The location is just a 10 minute trail to town, perfect for the grandkids going into town for candy and ice cream. The linens and bedding were so comfortable. We had a tribe of 10 and the house was a great size, plenty of room. We would all walk in to town for dinner. You won’t be disappointed.

This place was so nice for our family. The kids loved the air hockey and having their own little room upstairs to play and watch TV. We had plenty of room so we all could get our space when needed. We sat out on the patio a lot when we weren’t being tourists. Can’t say enough nice things about this place or Chuck. He was very helpful and communicative.

This was by far our best VRBO experience and we've stayed all over the US and Europe. The owner contacted us well in advance for check in procedures. The morning of our stay, he contacted us because there was a utility issue. He offered an upgraded house in the same neighborhood, with game room. We also had a hot tub, kitchenette in addition to the full kitchen, and beautiful deck looking out over the neighborhood. He visited us the first night to walknus through the home's features. It was super quiet, walking distance to town and an easy drive to lots of Black Hills attractions. We fully expect to stay even longer at this property the next time we visit the area!

Our host, Chuck, was very accommodating. He met us when we arrived and explained how to use the television if we wanted, how to set the jets & temp on the hot tub, brought firewood for the fire pit, and we had remotes for the garage and he had an overflow spot for us to park our 4 UTV trailers. Chuck was very responsive to any questions we had. Beautiful home, comfortable beds and plenty of room for 4 couples.

Very comfortable-great location- works well for larger groups. We were grateful for the handy stroller and high chair. Comfy beds- good recreation indoors and outdoors.

Great property close to Hill City, in fact just less than a 5-minute walk down the hill to Hill City South dakota. The house is impeccable and tremendous for large parties as it has five bedrooms I believe two full baths and two half baths a second balcony area that has a kitchenette and a game area. The house is all set up for a large parties many different kinds of bicycles in the garage so adults in kids can ride in the houses in quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view. Highly recommend. The only downside is that if you don't buy insurance it does require a 3,000 deposit.

Amazing home!! Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, amazing air hockey table for the kids! The hot tub was great and all furniture very comfortable and looked brand new! Would highly recommend!!!
