Huge, light filled, freshly remodeled Master suite with massive walk in closet, wet bar, and beautiful bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The bathroom was completely remodeled in 2019.
A private deck with hammock and killer views completes this unique, stellar place to call home! Gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances was remodeled in 2019.
The Room:
Recline on your wonderful queen bed with high thread count sateen cotton sheets, down duvet and pillows, and a memory foam mattress.
Your room has a ROKU TV for streaming services.
Long term guests will appreciate the very large and well organized walk in closet, with drawer space and multiple compartments to neatly hold all of your belongings.
The wet bar is perfect for making a morning cup if you don't feel like going down stairs to the main kitchen (French press and water kettle provided in room). Of course, if you prefer to cook, the entire Chef's kitchen is at your disposal, with a gorgeous Bosch gas stove.
The en suite bathroom is large and luxurious (remodeled in 2019) with shower and separate soaking tub.
Your private deck beckons with twinkly lights and your very own hammock!

Large, spacious and nicely remodeled, our home is a tranquil oasis for people looking for a calm and quiet place to call home. The kitchen was fully remodeled in 2019, and boats BOSCH appliances, gas stove, and lots of counterspace.
Laundry:
Oversized Samsung Washer/Dryer located in the garage.
Parking:
There are 4 spots (2 driveway, 2 garage) for the house. Guests may park in any of the available spots. There is no charge for parking. Street parking is also free, in the event that our parking is full. We just ask that you coordinate with other guests regarding parking. *Please note that parking availability is not guaranteed. We allow a maximum of one car per room, and oversized trucks or vehicles are not permitted.*
House Cleaning:
We have the house professionally cleaned weekly. This includes all common areas of the house. We do expect guests to clean up after themselves and clean up the kitchen after using it. Cleaning fee does not include cleaning of your room or bathroom.
Guests are welcome to use the shared kitchen, livingroom, and laundry room. Please make sure to only use the bathroom in your room however- the other bathrooms are reserved for other guests.
The house is well organized and thoughtfully laid out. You will have a designated cabinet to store your food and kitchen items.
I may or may not see you, but am around via text and phone during normal business hours. The homeowner lives on site.
Our little neighborhood of the Bayview is on a quiet, well-kept street with very nice neighbors. Craftsman and Wolves is just a 4-minute drive away for the best-baked goods and coffee in the city!
As with ALL parts of the city: Car Break-ins are frequent all over the bay area, in every neighborhood from the Presidio to Noe Valley, The Mission to the Sunset. Please don't leave anything visible in your car!
The neighborhood is quiet and residential, although there are a couple of spots not to miss. Laughing Monk Brewery is about five blocks from the house and offers a really wonderful atmosphere, amazing brews, and fun events such as Tuesday night trivia, monthly Karaoke nights, and regular fun events. Also, don't miss a phenomenal Craftsman and Wolves bakery, about 4 blocks from the house.
- The House has a 2-car garage and 2 driveway spots that will fit small to medium-sized cars only. All spots are first come, first served. We do not guarantee that a spot will always be available. Oversized trucks, vans, and SUVs will not fit and are not allowed to park in our parking spaces. Please introduce yourself and coordinate with the other housemates regarding parking as soon as you move in. We are not responsible for parking tickets incurred for blocking neighbors' driveways, so please be conscientious about street parking. Please note that parking availability is not guaranteed. The T Line is a 5-10 minute walk from the house.

The communal areas of the house (kitchen, livingroom, and floors) are cleaned on a weekly basis. Your cleaning fee covers this weekly servicing, as well as shared supplies such as paper goods, soaps, cleaning supplies etc. Your room will be professionally cleaned before you arrival, and after your departure.
Our house is a calm and quiet oasis. It is an excellent fit for someone who gets along well with others, and appreciates a tidy, calm, and organized space.
Please note that we will not be able to give refunds or date changes beyond our cancellation policy. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THAT WILL COVER YOU AGAINST CANCELLATIONS IN RELATION TO COVID. Thank you for understanding!
* Please be mindful that this is a private suite, and there is a house above you. Please keep noise (TV, music, conversations) down after 10 pm.
* For stays over 30 days we do background checks and we will need a picture of your driver's license.
* Only people on the reservation will be allowed to enter the property. Friends, visitors, and additional guests are not allowed. If you would like to bring additional people, they need to be added to the reservation. The room fee is based on the number of guests, so it's very important that you give an accurate number when you book. There is a $100 per person/night fee if you bring guests onto the property without permission.
* While we understand your occasional desire to have friends or family over, please be aware that our property policy does not allow for additional guests, visitors, friends, or family.
- This is to minimize disruptions such as noise, chaos, and potential mess, especially in communal areas, fostering a peaceful living environment for all residents, which is particularly helpful during flu and cold seasons.
- For the well-being of all residents, our policy restricts the entry of strangers to address safety and security concerns for everyone staying in the house.
- Additionally, it helps us avoid parking challenges for the property. Please refrain from inviting extra individuals to alleviate parking issues.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a comfortable shared space. Please note that reservations may be subject to cancellation due to house rules violations if we receive complaints or notices about extra guests.
* Exterior security cameras monitor who comes and goes to the house.
* Absolutely no smoking on the property, including the back deck. There is an automatic $300 penalty for evidence of smoking (odor, cigarette butts, etc.).
* Parking: The House has a 2-car garage and 2 driveway spots that will fit small to medium-sized cars only. All spots are first come, first served. We do not guarantee that a spot will always be available. Oversized trucks, vans, and SUVs will not fit and are not allowed to park in our parking spaces. * Please regularly launder your sheets and towels during your stay. It is very hard to get sheets cleaned if they have not been regularly washed during a long stay, and unfortunately, we will pass those replacement costs on to you if we determine the sheets are not cleanable. Replacement cost sheets $60, towels $15.
* Most of our guests are lovely, thoughtful people, but we do like to always point out that although your cleaning fee includes weekly cleaning of the kitchen, you are responsible for tidying up after yourselves, putting your dishes away washing up, and wiping down the counters after you use them :)
* As daily users of the kitchen, you’re the first to notice when something needs replacing. Need more glassware? Frying pan not cutting it? Let us know! Don’t wait until check-out to tell us you struggled all month—we want to make your stay better in real-time. Kitchen items are super easy to restock, so speak up, and we’ll take care of it!
* Drug and alcohol abuse will not be tolerated. Any disorderly conduct or behavior that makes other people uncomfortable will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation. We strive to keep our home a peaceful, quiet, and safe place for everyone to relax and enjoy.
