Enjoy the convenience of amenities like heating, hair dryer, washing machine, iron, WiFi, and AC. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and showers for added comfort. A great place to call home while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay and look forward to hosting you and your family. Spacious!

The property is clean and spacious. The listing said it had a queen bed in the only room downstairs. It was not. It was a double and you could feel the springs! There were 4 singles upstairs and you could feel the springs in all of them as well. I complained. We had a quick and pleasant response. One single bed was replaced. 3 remained the same. The minimum a VRBO house should have are good beds throughout.

It was a pleasure and privilege to host Jackie's group. We had a difference of opinion on the size of the queen bed downstairs. She thought the queen bed was a full. While I am not an expert in bed sizes, I am 100% certain the bed there is a queen because I measured it when they left and it was 60x80. If it was a full, it would have been 53x75. She also also wanted to have the one of the mattresses in one of the (4) twin beds replaced because she said it was uncomfortable. Its a twin bed mainly used by kids or young adults. We did not have a problem purchasing another mattress for that bed so they can be more comfortable. Luckily we found a place that was able to have it delivered the same day while they were out exploring the city. I am not sure if this was able to satisfy her. Maybe not since we got a 3 star. Our goal is to do our best for our guests whenever we can. we want to address all their needs within reason and make sure we have a decent clean home for them. We make a point to replace and change things based on guests concern. I have not heard guest complain about the mattresses in the beds. They are less than a year old. I know we don't have low standards. But everyone is different in terms of their expectations and standards. I absolutely respect that.

Family Loved It

The property itself is beautiful, soacious, and family friendly. We had family uniting from different areas in the country, and they all was overall satisfied. You could come together or have your own space. We very much appreciated the host.

Spacious Family Home

Host was easy to work with and provided all necessary information. Was quick to respond when needed. The house was clean and spacious. Perfect getaway for our large family as we enjoyed all Universal Studios, Hollywood, and this home had to offer.
