Experience luxury and comfort in the heart of Los Angeles at this stunning 3,000 SQFT Spanish Revival home. Perfect for families, groups, and long-term stays, this spacious retreat offers a private pool, hot tub, BBQ, and elegant indoor-outdoor living.

With 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and a private guest suite with its own living room, kitchenette and full bathroom. This home provides everything you need for a sophisticated LA getaway. Located in one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods.

The space layout:

•Main House:
Living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, front & back porch, large backyard with BBQ grill, pool & spa.

•Living Room:
Huge open space living room with cable HDTV, 2 sofas, dining area for 6 guests

•Kitchen:
Kitchen bar with seating for 2. Use the full kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and more to cook your own meals and our full size refrigerator. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking such as cookware, utensils & dining ware. Keurig coffee maker provided

•Bedrooms and Bedding:
4 fabulous bedrooms. 3 bedrooms are master suites (two include king beds and the other master includes a queen bed. The last room has a queen bed. All master suites include a bathroom and full walk-in closets. All bedrooms include a Roku Smart TV

•Guest Suite:
Upstairs studio unit with living area also includes a 65 inch Roku Smart TV , queen sized bed, fully stocked kitchenette with all your cooking essentials, and a full bathroom. Garage also has a full bathroom.

Everything was in good condition and just as described. The layout is ideal for multiple couples, with each bedroom offering its own private bath. Check‑in was straightforward and everything was clearly communicated. We were only there for two nights, so our time on the property was limited. We loved the privacy of the backyard courtyard area and were disappointed that we didn’t have time to use the firepit. We didn’t use the pool, but it appeared that it could have been a bit cleaner, or the bottom may simply be stained. We appreciated the comfortable beds and spacious common areas. The only thing I would caution is that heating the pool and checking in before 4 p.m. require additional fees. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for our short visit.

We had so much fun!

Great place to stay with friends. The hot water heater was off, which was weird but easily remedied. There was also confetti everywhere from the previous group which didn’t really bother us but I’d be mad if I was the owner! Overall awesome rental.

Family reunion

Hadnt spent time with my extended family in over a year so this place fit us all 10 of us we had space the small apartment above garage was the best part for the hubby and I we got to retreat away from the group for alone time. Heated pool was worth it. Would come back for sure. We had no issues so didn’t need to reach out during our stay thank you

Overall impression is outstanding except the landscaper came in mid day and the pool filter was outside and disassembled, Event fee payed outside of VRBO, and exaggerating claims, very unprofessional management that insults guest's.

-Arrived at location 35 min after check in to have house occupied. -No AC for 36hrs-Hot water in separate space don’t work in shower -pool water was so low it was burning up motor and had absolutely no pool chemicals in it as we were pretty much in hose water. I bought chlorine and was told just to add the hose. So was pool guy on vacation. -after all that, the place is great. With as much money as I spent, I sure expected more. A lot more. Talked to several different people in charge and out of 6 different people, 1 gave us respect. The others not at all and acted like we were nobodies to them. And “we” my wife and I were being disrespectful when we were calling with issues.

Beautiful home and location.

Large space just home with great layout. Pool and Jacuzzi were definitely perks for the kids to keep them busy before venturing out during the days guest suite was perfect for sister-in-law to be able to get away. Awesome neighborhood to be in walking distance to target and other shopping stores. Overall, excellent place to stay if visiting LA. Down the street from Melrose place lol

Lots of potential, room for improvement, no air conditioning!

This house had a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone! Nice living room and dining room. The kitchen was nice, but could use more dinnerware and the dishwasher didn't clean the dishes. It's an old machine. Pool area was nice, but the pool was green and dirty. The biggest issue we had was the air conditioning! The first 2 days it was barely cool. Then it froze up and quit working. I have a heart condition that I need to be in air conditioning to be able to breathe. Plus, we had 3 babies with us. We didn't have air the last 2 days and they didn't seem to really care about our comfort or my health. When we talked to them about this problem, they said you can't put the A/C below 69. Any decent A/C unit can go down below that. Also, no where does it say that when you read about their property. Also, they told me their A/C guys has been there hundreds of times to fix it and so he knows the unit really well. Well, that tells me that if he has to come out and fix it that many times, maybe it's time for a new one that can support that big of a house. So if you want or need air conditioning, find another place to stay!

Best way to spend days in West Hollywood

Perfect place for 4 individuals or couples. 4 bedrooms with king beds and individual bathrooms. Living room great for hanging out and watching a little TV. Dining room was just right for coffee breakfast and conversation. The pool and hot tub was such a nice add. Wish we could have stayed a week and taken advantage of the gas fire pit in front. I have used VRBO numerous times over the past 10+ years both in the US and outside the country. The was the best experience we have ever had. The location is just outstanding. Close to so many things even made a 45 min trip down to Santa Monica for lunch on the beach. Less than 50 min Uber ride to Dodger Stadium at 5PM. We were celebrating a high school classmates 71st Bday. He had a stroke 20 years ago and must use a wheel chair it get around. The house being all on 1 level with easy access from the garage was perfect. We wanted the trip to be special for a special person. The house made it perfect. The only issue was finding the garage initially. Front entrance was difficult but once we got the garage access down it was easy.

Not your average Beverly Grove Stay

Stayed in this VRBO house and had a bit of a rollercoaster experience. On the plus side, the property manager was more available than my morning coffee—kudos for being super communicative and available even on Christmas Day. The neighborhood's charm was undeniable... until it wasn't. Now, brace yourself for the plot twists. It's like they've hidden a 'surprise charges' feature in the fine print—want a crib or a late check-out? Buckle up, that's extra! $200 bucsk to be exact. Oh, and remember the heated pool? That's another coin in the slot machine. When we arrived, the air wasn't exactly floral—it reeked of something a bit more herbal. Thankfully, that smell vanished quicker than Cinderella at midnight. Again, property manager tried making things right by dropping off some Febreeze. The kitchen's utensils were playing a game of hide and seek—one fork party and broken tools galore. Definately made it difficult to cook a full family Christmas dinner. And the gate? Well, it's a decorative piece, not a functioning barrier. The 'pet-friendly' claim is as shaky as a leaf in a storm; your furry pals might as well join you inside because that gate's perpetually wide open. The cherry on top? Despite being in a 'nice' neighborhood, we had unexpected guests—homeless folks taking a stroll and a soundtrack provided by a screaming lady passing by. So, if you fancy a thrilling game of 'who enters the property next?' with a side of urban ambiance, this might just be the spot for you.
