Tracey was great to work with! I had to book last minute, and she was very accessible, answered my many questions!The condo was very clean and has an amazing view of the river.The layout of the apt was perfect! So nice that the bedroom was its own space, as we were able to have guests for dinner without everything being in the bedroom:-).

Great location and a really fun place to stay! We walked everywhere (close to Broadway, museums, etc), and loved returning in the evenings to end the day. Access to the pool was a bonus for our teenager. Highly recommend!!

Stayed here for a ladies weekend and it was great! Condo was clean and decorated for cure photo ops. Location was about a 20 minute walk to Broadway and a quick and cheap Uber ride. Host was very communicative and friendly.

Great please, Owner is wonderful

Booking process was easy. I had even messaged with a few questions before booking and the response was quick and helpful. The condo itself is ADORABLE! Great location too! Felt safe and private. Would ABSOLUTELY stay again!Could be great for family stays, girls trips, or a couples getaway!

Fun stay

The place is super cute but the floors were pretty dirty. My white socks were black after walking around for an hour and the extra bedding for the pull out is stained with something neon orange but the place it’s self was so cute and perfect for a trip to Nashville

We love Nashville and enjoyed our stay in this cute little condo! Much more comfort than a hotel! The kitchen is nicely stocked and very clean and new appliances! I was very disappointed there was not a hairdryer. My fault for not checking! Loved the location. Easy access to all we needed! I

We brought our kids for Monster Jam and found this gem of a place. It was perfect for us and our three boys. Cozy and clean. Perfect location. Nice view. 10/10 recommend. It would be super cute for a small bachelorette trip as well!!

Walk or take a 5 minute car ride to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, Brooklyn Bowl, Nashville Sounds Ball Park, Germantown, restaurants, breweries, Nashville Farmers Market, Ryman Auditorium, and so much more. The central location is hard to beat and the pool is a great place to rest up for another night of fun on the town. Walk along the beautiful greenway trail and enjoy the lovely views from the balcony. The pool, gym, fire pit, grill, and laundry provide great amenities and comfort.
