Great place to stay. Certainly located to 21 Street and 12 South. If your willing to walk Nashville in general is a walkable town and this location is great for that

We reallly enjoyed our stay here this weekend ! Our only complaint was not having a pizza cutter and pot holders… other than that it was perfect ! Great neighborhood, close to broadway and a ton of other restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again !

The neighborhood is super cute with shops and restaurants only 2-3 blocks away. The place was very clean and the hosts were attentive and responsive for any need or questions. The unit was up some steep stairs which wasn’t an issue but is something to be cognizant of. I would recommend this Vrbo to a friend due to its unbeatable location at an affordable price.

Check was super easy and we were coming in late. Place was. Master BR was awesome. Only thing I would add is we were 4x 50 yr olds in reasonable shape so we couldve made the walk to broadway... but if you wait for right time an Uber is 10, why would ya? Lol.

Stayed here for several days. The guidance from prior reviews and from the host was super helpful, especially with going in the front entrance and stairs with luggage. The location was great and was within walking distance to cute restaurants/coffee shops and to Belmont University and Vanderbilt. The neighborhood was quiet and it was easy to get anywhere by car. Once I got the hang of parking access via the alley behind the property, it was easy. But it was tricky, trying to locate it in the rain at night when I checked in. The rooms were very comfortable and I had everything I needed in the kitchen. Internet speed was good when I had to work from there and when I was using streaming services. Host response time was very good. The bathroom is a little tiny, but there is excellent hot water and pressure. I appreciated the Keurig coffee maker and full-size appliances in the kitchen. Would definitely consider staying here again when next in Nashville. Thank you for the great stay!

I never write bad reviews but I feel people should know about this property. It is not good. Mold on walls, cracks in ceilings, not sure why they charge a cleaning fee because there are cobwebs everywhere. It took 45 mins to get into the property and I was dark and a little scary. Great location but this property has not been taken care of and the cost just wasn’t worth it.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear about your experience, especially with getting into the property after dark. That’s certainly not the first impression we want for our guests. We responded as quickly as possible once notified and were able to remotely unlock the door. The lock itself is functioning properly, and we have not had ongoing issues reported with access. Regarding the condition of the home, we take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously. This is the first time concerns like mold, excessive cobwebs, or structural issues have been brought to our attention. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have immediately addressed anything that needed attention. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can make things right in real time. We appreciate your feedback and will be following up with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure everything meets our standards moving forward.

Short baseball weekend

We stayed 4 nights for a baseball tournament and had a great time. Owner was very responsive. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything and very clean!

Loved it. Owner provided great details from start to finish. Air worked great! Ubers about 15 to get you anywhere. There are good places within walking distance too. It was perfect.

Charming stay

This cute little spot was an absolutely perfect spot for anyone visiting students at Vanderbilt or Belmont. Walkable distance to great restaurants and shopping in that part of the city.

Loved this historic neighborhood

We really enjoyed this awesome apartment a few blocks from Belmont U! Great rocking chair balcony and other fun period details in this 1930-ish apartment building. It’s updated and cozy and we imagined all the songs that had been written there over the decades!

We stayed during our trip to Nashville for my husbands open heart surgery at Vanderbilt. Home was very well taken care of and had everything we needed. It was super close to the hospital which was very convenient for late nights and early morning trips. That’s not what stands out though….what was important to me was the compassion and helpfulness of the host! He made sure I was taken care of when there was going to be an issue with my kids parking at the house while they were there for a couple days. Just went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Balcony is very cute and nice place to sit and relax. We were attending a game at Vanderbilt. It was about a 25 minute walk, but easy walk and very safe neighborhood. We liked that it was walking distance to coffee shops and stores in the area. It is on the top floor of a 3 story building and I didn't realize that when I booked it. I could have easily missed that detail in the listing. There were quite a few stairs if that is an issue. Was not a problem for us. All in all a great experience! And our team won the National Championship so even better!!

The place was clean, it felt like a safe neighborhood and the beds were comfortable. It is a VERY old building with some concerning issues; two walls had visible moisture damage (small bedroom & living room). There is no where to set things (makeup, hair tools, etc.) when you are getting ready and the little couch is literally lopsided & falling apart. We got a take & bake pizza for dinner one night and there wasn’t a pan big enough to cook it on or a cutting board (that took some creativity). All-in-all if you’re just looking for a place to crash, it is fine, but if you plan on spending time in the unit, I wouldn’t recommend this one.
