Summary:
Located just three blocks from downtown and only one mile from the beach, no expense was spared in this impeccably decorated smart home, ideal for comfort and entertaining with Sonos surround sound music, Phillips Hue lighting, smart TVs, five star hotel quality linens, blackout shades in each bedroom, full size heated waterfall pool (85°), steam shower, chef's kitchen, and built-in gas BBQ and fire put under the motorized sceened lanai surrounded by lush tropical foliage.

The Space:
The first floor features an open concept design with a fully stocked chef’s kitchen featuring top of the line appliances, a separate wine refrigerator, ice maker, Keurig coffee machine, oversized pantry, and counter seating for four guests.

Just beyond the kitchen is a round dining table with seating for six guests adjacent to the oversized family room which features an oversized sectional sofa and smart TV, surrounded completely by floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.

Relax poolside on the lanai with a built-in gas BBQ, fire pit, motorized shades, heated (85°) waterfall pool, and plenty of outdoor seating for both dining and lounging in a lush tropical landscape complete with a fountain.

The second floor features three large bedrooms, each with a smart TV, blackout shades, and en-suite bathrooms. The master bathroom also features a smart TV, standalone bathtub, and steam shower, while the bedroom features floor-to-ceiling glass sliders to enjoy the pool view. For added convenience the laundry room is also located on the second floor.

Enjoy smart home features including Sonos surround sound music and Phillips Hue lighting throughout the entire house and patio! You won’t find another home like this in Delray Beach!

Guest Access:
No garage access. There is ample parking for four vehicles on the driveway.

The home is set in a picturesque neighborhood in the heart of Delray Beach, steps from fine dining restaurants, pizza shops, trendy cocktail bars, and fashion boutiques, only one mile from the beach!

Great Clean Awesome place to stay .5 from town

Beautiful clean home, walkable to DelRay shops. We have 4 young kids and we had a blast in this place. My daughter said she felt like a princess. Would stay here again. Owner responded quickly.

Delray Beach oasis

This is the perfect house to spend march break by the pool and the ocean. The house is beautiful, the beds couldn't be more comfortable, the backyard and pool are perfect. We walked to the beach and downtown, what a great location. We will be back.

Great Six-Week Visit At Light-Filled Gem

This house met and exceeded expectations. It was perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Whenever we had a question or concern, the house manager was extremely responsive. We loved the outdoor space and the light was amazing.

Gorgeous Property

The property was stunning and had plenty of necessities to cook and host from home. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size with plenty of closet space. Pool area was a great place to enjoy when we weren’t at the beach. Would certainly stay again! It would have been a bonus to have a guest booklet with restaurants, attractions, garbage pickup times, etc—but that’s really the only recommendation I could make to our perfect stay!

The house is ideally located, a short walk to Atlantic Ave and the beach. Enter, and you are in a very zen environment, calm and peaceful. Very comfortable beds, terrific living area for hanging out, and a wonderful outdoor area (if only the weather had been better). It was a perfect house for a family get-together, and I would do it again in a heart-beat.

First Class Stay!

Highland Park is like traveling 1st class! The house is luxurious with top of the line sheets, beds, and decor. It's close to the Avenue, restaurants and activity. We couldn't ask for a better location. A friendly, quiet street, a shady palm filled backyard with heated pool and firepit, everything you could possibly want. We will be back every chance we get!

Great place and great stay...

All in all this home is wonderful! Positives: The house is very well located to Atlantic Ave, very cool and modern, every bedroom had a large ensuite bathroom & ample closets, outside BBQue is tied to gas line so no gas tanks to worry about. We had a few issues: the pool & outside fireplace but they were handled immediately by the wonderful property manager. Some not as positives: You should know that you have no access to the garage, there are no bikes/beach items, etc to access so you have to get them yourselves. The pool area is not very sunny due to the lush landscape, but that is always a trade-off. The beach is not really walkable from the house, but we just drove and parked. Other points - Master is a king & two guest rooms have queens. This is a side by side adjoining home & they could have done a better job insulating the joint wall, but not a biggy. Without a doubt, we HIGHLY recommend this house and tried to stay in it again this winter but we were beaten to the punch!

Place was amazing!

Beautiful house! We loved this space ! Wish I knew there were small amenities such as laundry detergent etc 🤪 Everything was super clean and much better experience then resort we stayed in previous to this arrival. Location was ok, not much to do with kids except drive to the beach.

Fantasic!

Fantastic Stay! The home was spotless and in perfect shape, gorgeous and beautifully decorated. Everything we had expected and wanted. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, with our family. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and was huge. We did find the third bedroom's bed was a bit smaller (I think it was a double not a queen?) but worked fine for one person. The kitchen was well equipped and worked great. Overall, we loved the house and would rent it again! Comunication was excellent and easy.

The house was so clean and looks just like the listing, if not, better! The house was seriously so stunning, and clean. everything we needed was there and some. The host was super helpful and attentive to all my questions before and during our stay. And the house is really close to restaurants and the beach, I DEFINITELY recommend!

Perfect house in every way

This was the best trip! This house was everything we could expect and more. We felt at home, we loved our happy hours prior to dinner, we felt very relaxed at our down times here, and location was great. Easy walk to beach and Atlantic. Property manager was easy to reach and very attentive. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Oasis

Fabulous contemporary home that is beautifully appointed! Lots of high-tech that all works flawlessly & is totally intuitive. The pool is divine and the towels plentiful - beach AND pool. The rooms are so quiet. I didn't wake anyone else in the early morning when I was up enjoying a cup of coffee. We look forward to staying again.

Would do it again, in a heartbeat!

My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary Jul 10th - Jul 24th at this amazing property. Because it was just the two of us, we certainly didn't need 2700 sf of space and we were a little apprehensive about spending $750/night to stay there, but when it was all said and done, we both decided it was money well spent. The house is amazing... better than we even imagined... very high-end, from top to bottom, and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed listening to music, accessible in every room except maybe two of the bedrooms that we didn't use... we were even able to listen outside when we were using the pool. Although we didn't use the kitchen much... just to make coffee (using the Keurig coffee maker), it would've been a pleasure because there seemed to be everything we could have possibly needed. The house was so comfortable and lovely to spend time in that we spent a good portion of our time lying in bed after sleeping in while we enjoyed the beautiful view of the tropical backyard and listened to Michael Bublé on Pandora while we drank our morning coffee... if we left the house by 1 or 2 o'clock, we were doing good! The master bath was ridiculously luxurious and I spent quite a bit of time enjoying the wonderful shower with its rain shower head and the bathtub. The outdoor space is a whole other subject... the sound of the waterfall was so relaxing and we took advantage of the pool every night before retiring. The location was great and although we could have walked to Atlantic Ave., we didn't. Parking was a real challenge until we found a free parking lot next to the Delray Yacht cruises... word of warning... if you take the cruise, don't plan on eating dinner... the food was pretty awful and at $60 pp, it was a regrettable decision. The only negative thing I can say about having stayed here was that we didn't have access to the owner's assistant like other guests did... it would've been nice to have someone with knowledge of the area who could've made some recommendations... we were pretty clueless. We winged it though and enjoyed walking Atlantic Ave. most days and trying the local fare. Before finding this property we were considering a luxury resort in St. Lucia for about the same price... I'd take this house any day over a hotel and if we were going to spend that kind of money again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay in this gorgeous house again. We'll miss you Delray Beach :(
