Cons: did not mention steps in description. Air conditioner did not work. Was charged security deposit 4 months before stay. That was not expected nor appreciated. Kitchen towels needed. Heavy traffic to get in or out of property.Pros: controlled access. Nice apartment with amenties. Good parking and close to strip. Responsice owner when called.

Was clean and had all of the essentials. Great location. Great climate control. Kitchen sink was not draining. We messaged Manny and he had his handyman out fixing it within a couple of hours. Great experience and would definitely visit again!

Las Vegas Condo

Decent location (easy uber ride to strip). Walking distance to Walgreens, Dennys and a few other fast food places. Clean and guard gate so safe. Nice pools and hot tub. Condo was clean and modern. Would stay there again . Good value.

Perfect location

The property is a perfect base for exploring Vegas. Being a little away from the Strip is nice too in that you are away from all the noise and lights when you need to recover. Highly recommend.

Owner was very responsive. Property is very well kept. Kitchen is stocked with utensils, pans, cutlery. Even washer/dryer were inside the unit. We haven’t used the swimming pools since it’s winter. Otherwise we’d stay there again when we go Vegas

Just ok...

If you're looking for a place off the strip just to lay your head this place will work but there were definitely some things that were lacking. The resort itself was gated so we felt safe. We used uber to get to the srip and bavk which was convenient. The pool with the lazy river is not heated, so freezing cold this time of year. Not a huge deal but that made the main pool very crowded. There is a separate hot tub closer to this condo that we were excited about, but it was very dirty and looked like it was broken. Things about the condo I wish I had known... the kitchen is tough to cook in as common kitchen items aren't there such as a pizza cutter, scissors, no dish towels or dish clothes...not even one pod for the dishwasher. (We've stayed at many VRBO condos and you typically get 1-2 dishwasher pods to get you started. ) We also had VERY few towels for showering and zero towels for the pool area. There is a nice sized closet in the main bedroom but zero hangers which made it unusable. The bed was extremely comfortable but the frame was super squeaky so even rolling over would wake up my husband. There was a nice large tub in the master bath but the shower curtain had a ton of mold/mildew build up which made me question the cleanliness of the tub. I'm not an overly picky person when it comes to rentals but this one was right on the edge of my tolerance. Again, we felt safe, traveled to the strip several times and slept well but pack well because this condo is bare bones.

The condo was 95% clean. The floors needed to be swept, which I did. There was no dish soap for the dishwasher. We had to do the dishes by hand. Which is fine, but there wasn't one dish cloth or dish towel in the place. I had to use one of the towels from the bathroom. There were plenty of pans but no mixing bowls. If you're staying to just have coffee and a light breakfast it is fine. If you're planning to cook all your meals there it isn't convenient. There was no cooking spray, I've never been at a VRBO that didn't have some so I didn't think to bring any. I did ask about spices and the host didn't know what was there, so I brought my own spices, however I didn't need to. I brought garlic olive oil for my dinners that we used instead of cooking spray. Garlic eggs are great but chocolate chip cookies with a hint of garlic is not. We had no other problems. The beds were comfy, the sheets clean, TV's in the bedrooms and living area. The parking was very easy.
