★ Bedroom: Relax comfortably on a queen-sized bed with soft linens.
★ Full Bathroom: Includes a shower/tub combination, along with toiletries, bath towels, and a hair dryer.
★ Work Area: Features a flexible small table and chair for dining and working, along with high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work or study.

• Quiet hours – 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times.
• Maximum occupancy: 2 guests – Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Pet-friendly 🐾 – 1 pet max, small fee applies. Please inform us in advance if you’re bringing a pet.
• Late checkout – Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a $150 fee. Please request extra time at least 24 hours in advance. Approval depends on availability and isn’t guaranteed.
