Very cute place and perfect for a girls get together. Place was clean and matched the pictures perfectly. A short drive from everything. Owner was very easy to get in touch with for questions.

Great place, well appointed and uniquely decorated. The condo is in a quiet safe feeling area. I was surprised by the lack of sidewalks and bike paths. The streets in general all around Morgantown are narrow with little to no room for pedestrians, so you’ll need to take a car to get most places. Surprising for a college town.

Home was clean and nicely decorated. Nate was super responsive and very accommodating. Only thing we missed during our stay was ice. BYOI - bring your own ice.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Where do I start…..such a great property and location. Huge shopping center right over the hill with everything you could need, top notch coffee shop, restaurants-just take your pick, and grocery store! So close to the stadium-it says 2 miles on listing but from door to back parking lots I would say it is closer than that. As someone who lived in Morgantown for 5 years and went to games for years you know you don’t want to be driving close to stadium on game days. This place is easily walkable in my opinion. Great part is, this place is tucked away so it is very quiet despite being so close to everything. Added bonus….place is dog friendly. We brought both of our boys. With plenty of grass area right outside the door taking them out was very easy.

Cute, clean and comfortable!

We absolutely loved this place! It was decorated so cute and festive for the holidays. Had everything we needed and most importantly it didn't feel sketchy like some of the listings we saw. It looked exactly like the pictures and was located close to everything and was in a safe location. My daughter and I had a great stay and would love to stay here again the next time we come to Morgantown. Thank you!

The host was nice and responsive to questions. We did like that there were 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a garage we could use. There were some issues with cleanliness- The dining room table was dirty, we found a Starbucks bag with a small portion of a croissant behind a lamp, a used K-Cup in a drawer and cobwebs hanging from the bathroom door and in the kitchen. Some suggestions would be to get more baking pans/dishes and 2 more chairs for the dining room table (there are currently only 2). It would be nice to have had dishwasher tabs (the bag under the sink was empty) and maybe some salt. This place would have gotten a 5 star review but when you pay a cleaning fee you shouldn’t have to go around and clean when you arrive.

Basic Townhome near WVU

The property was "fine" but not "excellent" for a family of 5. Decor was interesting and thoughtful. Drapes in second bedroom were pretty sheer and let in a lot of light, not private for changing clothes. Stairs will hurt your feet if you aren't wearing shoes. Whoever sleeps on the couch will probably not be too happy. It isn't a sofa bed. It's a sofa. Amount of kitchen supplies including flatware and bowls was sparse. I think this property is ideal for two people. Some nice touches including cutting boards and knives, towels and TP felt luxurious, lots of comfy blankets. Washer and dryer worked fine. Overall, it met our needs, but it wasn't outstanding. Good location near WVU if that is a concern for you.
