This rental is in an elevator building and guests have access to the community pool, fitness center, athletic courts, and miles of lighted dock for walking. There is a dock space designated for this unit but must be cleared with owner for use. BV724 does not have covered parking, so trailers must be stored off-site. The Master bedroom has a King bed, designated en-suite bathroom, and a private door leading to the furnished deck. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the final bedroom had 2 Twin beds. 3 TVs (Living Room is a Roku, Master has a Roku, secondary BR has a Spectrum streaming box), Spectrum high-speed WiFi, Keurig coffee maker, covered deck with furniture, and outside shower under building for rinsing off sandy items are just some of the great amenities that comes with the condo. View of canal and docks. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum. Property is designated as Vacation-My-Way (3-night minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day, 2nd full week of August requires a full week stay, other times of the year there is a 2-night minimum).
