この2階のオーシャンフロントコンドミニアムは、ベルモントパークの北2ブロック、8ユニットの複合施設内にあります。 リビングルームとクイーンベッドルームから180度の景色を眺めることができ、専用の10 x 13ルーフトップバルコニーがあります。 階段を下りて遊歩道を歩くと、つま先が砂の中にあります。 毎晩夕日をお楽しみください。 雲のない日には、緑色の閃光を垣間見ることができます！ 多くのゲストが、波で遊ぶイルカを見ていると報告しています。 コンドミニアムのほぼすべての部屋から海を見て、聞いて、匂いを嗅ぎましょう。 遊歩道でのアクティビティをすべて見るか、自分で参加してください。 ビーチクルーザー自転車2台、ブギーボード、ビーチチェア、パラソルを提供しています。 キッチンやガスバーベキューで夕食を作り、海を眺めながら食事をしたり、この地域にある多くの地元のレストランの1つに歩いて行きましょう。

Rich’s boardwalk is the perfect little vacation rental in the middle of Mission beach. It’s just a few steps away from the boardwalk for an easy walk for a late night snack or drink. The roof top patio while small is perfect to just sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

This home had everything we needed and the location was 100% perfect! We measured our rental car to be sure it fit in the garage and the description was exactly on point. Would absolutely stay here again. Hope we get to soon!
View of Mission Beach from directly in front of the unit.
Main bedroom, the breeze was incredible and the sound of the ocean at night was perfection.
Looking down from the rooftop deck, the smell of honeysuckle was lovely.
Looking toward Belmont park (about 3 minute walk) we saw someone getting engaged one evening.

Great ocean view

This was a perfect place to stay for instant access to the beach and wonderful walks near the ocean. The apartment was very comfortable and just right for the two of us.

Perfect on the beach get away!

The property was as advertised and great for our family of four. The parking space, as they mention, is a bit tight, but we kept that in mind when choosing our rental car and had no issue at all. Beautiful location - was wonderful to wake up every morning right next to the ocean. We would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Mini Vacation

The pictures are just as expected! Right on the beach! The huge picture window is perfect for relaxing and watching the waves! It's in a nice area as well, close to everything! Definitely reccomend this condo!

Great location to enjoy the beach with ease!

This is such a great little cottage, with a great view and location! The amenities were more than enough for us to enjoy the beach, the place was clean, and the team was responsive whenever we needed anything (especially Laura!). It wasn't swanky, but that wasn't needed. It fit all of the needs for a nice little beachside getaway! We will be back!

Condo on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The view of the ocean and beach from the living room was incredible. Listening to the sound of the waves each night was calming. Rooftop deck offered a wonderful view as well, great place for a evening cocktail and morning coffee. Location was fantastic...able to walk right out the door and you're on the beach!

This place is wonderful. It sits right in the heart of Mission Beach. The condo is charming and has all the amenities plus some. The beach is literally steps from your door just over the boardwalk. It is full of life during the day and quiet at night. Perfect vacation spot for your family. You will not be disappointed.
