Beach life

I liked the location and accommodations. It was clean. We enjoyed the views and access to the beach. The dish washer is in need of updating but overall it was an easy kitchen to function in.

Love love love!

This condo was adorable! We loved the decor to be honest that’s what drew us to this particular one and of course the gorgeous view of the ocean! We could see dolphins being on the 5th floor! We will definitely be staying here again and the convenience of being close to the elevator was a plus!

Amazing

Everything about this property was amazing for our family! - It had amazing views of the ocean! - Both the bed in the bedroom and the pull out sofa were extremely comfortable! - Kitchen had everything we needed - Appreciated the half bathroom, in addition to the master - The walk to the beach was convenient/short enough for little children It was our first family vacation to the beach, and when we come back to Florida we will always try to stay at this property!

almost perfect vaca

the facility was older but well maintained and grounds well kept. the location of the facility is incredible with the pass on one side and gulf on the other. the condo was updated and supplied with all we needed. the only complaint was that the bed was so uncomfortable, we both bad back pains after trying to sleep on the mattress. we finally had to sleep on the pull out sofa bed which was actually more comfortable. we will definitely return to the facilty, but would choose another condo unless the mattress is replaced.

Clean updated unit with great view

We enjoyed our stay, unit was clean and spacious and had a great view. Loved that the unit came with beach service and that access to the beach was right near the building so we didn’t have to walk very far.

Beautiful Views

We've stayed at the El Matador before but this was first time in this unit. The bar height furniture on the deck is wonderful because the banisters really obstruct the view if you can't see over them. Everything was nice - bedroom has lots of storage space, we had everything we needed to do some cooking, the appliances are nice and seemed newer. We would stay there again. My only suggestions would be room darkening curtains for the bedroom and some brighter lighting in the kitchen.
