Gulf-front vacationing at its finest in this stunning 4 bedroom, gulf view townhome on the west end of Panama City Beach! You will find style and beauty on your laid back coastal getaway. Let us raise your comfort level in this spacious unit that has sweeping views of the Gulf from its private balcony, great for watching sunsets and relaxing. This property also offers easy access to the Laguna Beach Access which is only a short walk away!
Important Information
- Community Pool Usage: Hours of operation are from 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM. The max bathing load is 20 people. After hours use of the pool is strictly prohibited and anyone found in violation will be evicted from the property.
- Minimum Age to Book: 25 years old (No exceptions)
- Max Occupancy: 10 guests
- Parking: 3 standard size vehicles (No overflow parking)
- Security Deposit: $700.00 refundable on day of checkout.
- Check-in: 4:30 PM & Check-out: 9:00 AM
- No Pets Allowed
- Amenity Starter Pack: Includes hotel style soaps for each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 5 rolls of toilet paper, 4 trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, dish towels, and a laundry pod pack. This is designed to get you through your first night only. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies.
- Beach Chair & Umbrella rentals are available for an extra fee from the beach vendor.
- Standard kitchen appliances, Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker.
- Pool Heat - The Community Pool is heated from October - April.

Living Area: Step into a spacious and elegantly decorated living room with comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living area to the dining space and kitchen, creating an ideal environment for family gatherings and entertaining.
Kitchen: The fully equipped modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. A cozy breakfast bar provides additional seating, perfect for quick snacks or casual dining.
Layout of the Home
1st Floor: Entrance and garage access.
2nd Floor: Kitchen, living room, dining room, and a large balcony overlooking the south side of Front Beach Road. To the West, you can see the Gulf of Mexico and the sugary white sand beaches. The first king suite is located just off the kitchen featuring a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower, and double vanity sink.
3rd Floor: The master suite overlooks the south side of Front Beach Road and has partial views of the Gulf of Mexico from the West. Guests will love the king sized bed, ample closet space, and tasteful coastal décor. This bedroom has it’s own en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and double sink vanity.
Guest Bedroom 2 includes a king sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower.
The 4th bedroom is a bunk room with 4 full size bunks and a large walk in closet. This room shares a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower.
Outdoor Space
Relax at the community pool area with occupancy for up to 20 people. Guests can relax in the pool or soak up the Florida sun on the pool deck. The townhouse community also features an easy access path to the public beach which is less than 350 yards away.

Pier Park Outlet Mall: Shop till you drop at popular stores, enjoy a wide variety of dining options, and catch a movie at the Grand IMAX Theater.
Beach Access: Only a short walk to the beautiful white sand beaches of Panama City Beach.
