Welcome to Your Home Away from Home in College Station!

The 3-bedroom Atrium House is comfortable and convenient for your stay in College Station. Whether you're in town for an Aggie game, a family visit, or a relaxing getaway, this home offers everything you need.

What You’ll Love:

Sleep Comfortably: 2 queen beds and 2 twin XL beds (same length as a queen/king).

Spacious Layout: Enjoy relaxing mornings and cozy evenings on the large screened-in porch.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes a Ninja coffee maker, a variety of coffee pods, and all the essential cookware. Prefer to brew a full pot? Bring your favorite ground coffee!

Bathrooms: Equipped with both a shower and a bathtub as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.

Convenient Amenities: High-speed internet, washer & dryer, central air/heat, and more to make your stay easy and comfortable.

Important Notes:

Maximum of 6 overnight guests: Additional fees apply for more guests.

No pets, no events/parties, no indoor smoking or vaping.

$1,000 fine for indoor smoking/vaping.

$500 pet cleaning fee if a pet is brought.

RV? Please notify us in advance—there may be an added fee.

Fireplace is decorative only—please do not use it.

Not child-proof: The atrium has low windows that could pose a safety risk for young children and the home has no child safety features.

Locked spaces: The garage and one bedroom closet (the room with the twin beds) are locked for storage. A separate closet with hangers is available.

There are two exterior security cameras on-site: a doorbell camera and a driveway-facing camera. These are for guest safety and must remain unobstructed at all times.

The place was great. Perfect location just south of Kyle Field and just west of HWY 6. Getting there was super convenient. An aerial map makes it appear a bit farther out that it truly is. Campus was easy to get to. There is an HEB nearby which was nice. The house was super clean, smelled incredibly fresh, easy to access and a perfect size. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Thank you so much for your hospitality. Your house was lovely. We enjoyed sitting out back, which was a great way to relax after being in the basketball gym all day. The location was awesome and convenient. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Perfect Stay in a Quiet, Comfortable Home

We had a great stay at The Atrium House in College Station while attending an event at Texas A&M. The home was very comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. The host thought of everything we might need, making it feel like home. The linens were high quality, and the outdoor screened porch was the perfect spot for morning coffee. Several parks nearby provided great adventures for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

5 Stars – One of Our All-Time Favorite Rentals!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home near Texas A&M University! The location was perfect for attending a family graduation, and the home itself exceeded all our expectations.The atrium was absolutely stunning, filling the space with natural light and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Every part of the home was thoughtfully designed and exceptionally well-equipped, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home.The beds were all extremely comfortable—everyone in our family commented on how well they slept—and the home was spacious enough for us to gather, relax, and celebrate such a special occasion together.This is truly one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. We will definitely be booking again the next time we are in town!

Immaculate Hospitality

Our family had the pleasure of staying at the Atrium for an Aggie baseball and football weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication Lisa was a great to communicate with , very prompt and thorough . Wonderful host. Layout and Space The layout of the house was perfect for our family of four. There was ample space for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. Each room was well-designed, allowing for both privacy and togetherness, making it an ideal setup for family gatherings. Cleanliness and Comfort One of the standout features was the immaculate cleanliness of the property. It was evident that the hosts took great care to maintain a high standard of hygiene. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after our busy days. Thoughtful Hospitality The thoughtful hospitality gestures truly made our stay special. We were greeted with a delightful selection of coffee, along with some lovely snacks that provided a warm welcome. Additionally, the inclusion of makeup remover was a nice touch that showcased the hosts' attention to detail. Overall, the Atrium house was a wonderful choice for our trip. With its great layout, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities, it provided a perfect home base for our adventures near Kyle Field. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

We lived in the Atrium house for over a year and love its prime location. The layout is ideal as the bedrooms are separated, creating a quiet sleeping space for everyone. There are a lot of parks nearby and everything is conveniently located.

Almost everything has been updated. We put in beautiful new flooring, screened in the atrium, it has new granite and a remodeled master shower. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. The back porch is an awesome place to relax!
