Enjoy this open-plan home with dining, kitchen, and living areas featuring a Roku TV. One bedroom and full bath are on the main level, while the upper level has two bedrooms and a bath. The grand upper bedroom includes a sofa and two log bunk beds, perfect for families. Each room has its own mini-split heating and air system for comfort.

Relax on the spacious back deck, ideal for BBQs and entertaining. Just minutes from Falls Beach and Bass Lake day-use areas, the home is about 25 minutes north to Yosemite (Hwy 41) and 25 minutes south to Chukchansi Gold Resort Casino.

The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen had pans however they could have been in better condition. The table top griddle was good but didn't have a drip pan, or none that could be found. There was only one kitchen towel. Overall it was a nice place. The host was responsive with messaging.

We stay in vacation rentals often and even own a rental property ourselves, so we try to be understanding and realistic when traveling. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing VRBO experiences we’ve had.The positives were the convenient location and comfortable beds. However, the property appeared poorly maintained with overgrown grass and several issues affected both comfort and safety. Upon arrival, the house was extremely hot, there were ants throughout the kitchen and dining area, a lizard inside the home, and later we heard what sounded like rodents in the downstairs walls. The dining room AC unit was dirty, leaking brown residue onto the floor, and there was mold on the downstairs bathroom ceiling.There were also multiple maintenance concerns: a cracked stovetop taped at the corner, non-functioning garbage disposal (which my husband fixed), TV issues, a carbon monoxide detector hanging loosely with tape, and unstable rickety furniture including bunk beds and bar stools.A few smaller improvements that would help future guests include basic supplies/amenities such as zip-top bags and a cooler. Not setting a formal dining table with all the plates and utensils, they just end up getting dusty and in our case…covered in ants.Lastly, the listing advertised a fireplace and fire pit, but both were marked “do not use.”Overall, the property needs significant maintenance and attention to detail before we could recommend it to future guests.

Hi Amy I wonder why there are so many lies in your review. First thing is our place is upto date, from cleaning to pest control. We formal dinIng table set up with napkins and silver for Highly competent like you. We sent out pest control and Special cleaning crews but turned out there was nothing like you mentioned. About the furnitures, all furniture in our cabin are hand mand from log, so they wont be like ones from Ikea But i want to thank you For your review and also like you to check what other guests said abou their stay.

Everything was perfect. The beds were so comfortable. The air conditioner was perfect which was in each room. Nobody got too cold. Nobody got too hot. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed so we could cook meals. The location was the best. We've stayed at Bass lake for 8 years and this has been the best home so far. We are going to be planning on staying here next year.

Bass Lake Wedding GetAway

We had a great stay at this property. The owner was easy to communicate with. House inside was very clean, dining room table was set up for what looked like a Sunday Dinner, the air conditioning was excellent, and very large rooms with a lot of space for relaxing.Beds were comfortable, bedding and sheets were of great quality. The kitchen was large and provided everything we needed.Only negative thing was the very steep driveway, hard to park on or turn around with multiple cars. The outside of the house lacks curb appeal, but overall it didn't take away from our stay. Highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a comfortable stay and wanting to be close to the Lake.Thank you!
