This is a 90 days minimum booking.Once your booking is confirmed,you will need to fill in and sign an HOA application and lease form and provide a valid ID for the time period inquired to the HOA.The application must be approved by the HOA.An application fee will apply and must be paid separately to the HOA.We will assist you throughout the entire process.Please note that all guests must abide by HOA rules.Upon confirmation of the booking,you will have 24 hours to fill and sign your HOA application;failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Beach front condo

The condo was newly renovated and in very good taste. The best views of the Gulf of America! The beds were the best for comfort and sleeping. The area we especially loved.
