Please note that starting September 21, 2025, through approximately the end of 2026, there will be construction on this building. One of two on site pools will still be available throughout the project unless unforeseen circumstances do not temporarily allow for this.

This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Crescent Beach Club Vacation Home is located directly on the beachfront of Sand Key Beach, which is just a ½ mile south of the famous Clearwater Beach. The condo's balcony offers stunning panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico while the interior of the unit is comfortably furnished, including a back pain friendly memory foam firm mattress in the master bedroom! Additionally, the property offers 2 pools, a sauna, hot tub, fitness center and more!

*The unit is self-catering so guests should plan to provide their own toiletries, detergents and cleaning supplies. A starter kit of 2 trash bags, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, basic hand soap, and 1 roll of paper towels is supplied, but not replenished.

-Covered Parking Spot in the Secured Parking Garage (Parking is limited to two non-commercial vehicles per unit. Motorcycles, scooters, and similar non-commercial vehicles are banned from the property. Parking spaces are unassigned).

-Security at Entrance to Property

-Trailers, U-Hauls, Boats, RVs, Golf Carts, Motorized Scooters and other similar motorized vehicles are NOT allowed to be parked on the property!

Dream condo in Clearwater beach

We have been staying at this fabulous condo in Clearwater Beach for a number of years. It has a great layout, is easily accessible to white sandy beaches, has a gorgeous scenic views of the Gulf and is within walking distance of very good restaurants and retail shops. I would highly recommend this condo for your getaway vacations.

So disappointed

The view was still as beautiful as last year. Sorry to see nothing was improved. Chad came in 3 times and did wonderful work.(replaced microwave, shower head in hall bathroom and repaired the air unit) I'm afraid we will probably be looking for a different destination.

A place we will never forget at the beach

The property is ok but sheets and pillows with bad odor for me I had to buy one I do not like to sleep in that way I return again but cleanliness is necessary

Very nice accommodation

Comfortable and clean. The rental place indicated the unit had a Mr. Coffee and a Kerig, however, there was only a Mr. Coffee.

Gorgeous view

The doors to the balcony were very heavy and hard to open. The couch was not very comfortable. We would have enjoyed a couch with recliners. We enjoyed the gorgeous view.

Pleased & will return

We found the unit clean and suitable for all our needs. Loved the location and the beautiful views of the beach & pool from the balcony. The “start-up” supplies were more than adequate until we could visit the grocery.Only problem for us was the infestation of fruit flies in the kitchen. Itrip sent a maintenance man and he put new plumbing under kitchen sink; it was not draining properly & held a pool of water in drain which were breeding grounds for the flies. He also brought us some fly traps.; after he left, the fly problem disappeared after about a week. We didn’t feel comfortable cooking in this kitchen while the fruit flies were present!. I highly recommend the plumbing, under the kitchen sink, be double-checked, as I’m not totally sure that water is still not pooling in the drain pipe leading out of the garbage disposal.

Outstanding View

Perfect location with an outstanding view. My main complaint was the amount of hair on the main bedroom carpet. I had to clean out the vacuum to get the hair up. It didn’t look like it had ever been emptied. Handle on second bedroom balcony door needs to be fixed. Dining room chairs need recovering. Didn’t spoil my enjoyment, however.

This condo would get an easy 5 star review from me for the amazing view, fantastic amenities, quick customer service when needed with one exception...the king bed in the master bedroom is pretty much unsleepable. It's listed as a "firm memory foam" I'm telling you right now this was purchased from the Fled Flintstone collection. I travel A LOT and stay in many different hotels and short term rentals and have never encountered a bed this hard. I even had my guests sit on the bed just to see their reaction. No one could believe how hard it was. I was like sleeping on a concrete floor. My husband even crashed on the cough some night when his back just couldn't take it any more. Between not getting a decent night's sleep and our aching backs, it really put a damper on the whole trip. I asked if they could provide a mattress topper or something to make it more bearable but I guess the owner refused to make that purchase. I almost went out and bought one myself. Anyway if a quality nights sleep is important to you, do not rent this unit.

Wonderful

My husband and I,as well as the other couple with us, found this condo to be perfect. With the 2 bedroom areas being separated by the living area both couples enjoyed privacy. The best part was the view. I will really miss waking up to the view of the gulf right from my bed. The sunsets were marvelous! The patio with access from both bedrooms and living room made it so easy to go out for morning coffee or at night to see the water reflecting the moon. Everything was very clean. We had plenty of everything. The kitchen was a dream for 2 of us to prepare meals together. (Loved having the shopping carts to bring our groceries up.) The beach in front of the condo was the best section along that stretch of Sand Key. We enjoyed 4-5 mile walks along the water almost every day. The host were very good about responding to a few issues that arose. The others in the condo building were very nice and welcoming. This was the perfect condo in the perfect location. We are looking forward to returning.

Nice View, But.......

The condo was spacious and has a wonderful oceanfront/beachfront view with beautiful sunsets seen from their outdoor balcony. However, our concern with this unit was the condition of the furniture and bedding supplies. The dining room chairs fabric was shredded and in need of recovering. We reported this condition to Itrip so they were aware that this was how we found them upon our arrival. We also found the bedding to be very flimsy; both sheets, comforters, and pillows on all of the beds. There was no blanket for the King size bed found in the unit. The beach chairs were old and the one with mesh strappings had a broken strap. We understood that the Owner was only providing starter sets of toiletries and kitchen supplies, but the unit did not even have hand soap in the bathrooms or table salt in the kitchen which we needed to buy. For the amount of rent that is charged for this unit, it is recommended that the Owners attend to the details mentioned above so guests feel welcomed and comfortable in this unit as if it was their own home that we are taking care of the time spent in Crescent Beach. We would not rent this unit again until we knew that improvements have been made.

Beautiful condo in perfect location

Except for the hurricane (yikes!), had a wonderful three weeks in Florida. The condo is exactly as pictured. Spent many hours on the balcony watching osprey and dolphins. Unlike many condos, the balcony furniture was actually comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. I had two issues arise and the management company responded immediately. Only one improvement is needed. The dining room chairs need the cushions replaced. There's no support and they were very uncomfortable. I would definitely return.
