Nice apartment - Nice location

Was just like the pictures - clean - quiet - nice kitchen - restaurants all close - grocery (a Disco) close - big park to walk/bike/run was close. Hosts were helpful and available. Outdoor pool area was clean and sunny.

Great Location, Wonderful Property

Property is as advertised. Clean, open, airy ,spacious with a nice view. Building is meticulously maintained and very secure. Property manager, Silvana, was delightful to work with and very accommodating and responsive. We liked it so much that we are planning to return again next year!

Excellent Stay

The apartment was clean, spacious and in a great location in Palermo. We loved the balcony and access to pool as well. Silvana was an amazing host and greeted us with cheese, crackers and wine. She checked in with us often and answered any questions we had. We hope to return someday!

Extraordinaire!

Silvana la gestionnaire etait hyper accueillante et efficace. L’appartement donne sur une cour intérieure qui est un havre de paix exceptionnel , où les petites familles habitant les 2 tours viennent s’amuser . L’appartement est très bien divisé. Fait très rare dans ce genre de location: toutes les lampes fonctionnent! Les gardiens de sécurité sont très professionnels!

Perfect place to enjoy Palermo and BA

We had a wonderful stay in this well-appointed apartment. Everything was exactly as described. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the living area has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The building itself is very secure, and the apartment looks over a quiet, green courtyard where families relax in the afternoons. The location is absolutely ideal. You can walk to restaurants, bars, parks, and some city attractions (we walked to the Malma-took about 45 minutes). Silvana was an excellent property manager. She is friendly and responsive and gave us a little flexibility when we needed it (we asked if we could check in 45 minutes early). You can't go wrong with this place. Highly recommend it!!!

Fantastic suite, great location, attentive host

This suite at Palermo Twins was gorgeous. It had every ammenity needed for a comfortable stay. Silvana was a caring and attentive host. She worked dilligently to address any issues that emerged and was always responsive to our needs. Thank you!! We truly enjoyed our visit to Palermo.

A Great Place

We had a wonderful stay at Silvana and Eduardo’s lovely apartment (1E) in Palermo, Buenos Aires (“BA”). We rented this two-bedroom, two bath for 25 days, while we used BA as a base to explore the region and get away from New York’s cold weather. And as hosts, Silvana and Eduardo could not have been nicer or more helpful. Location: 4440 Paraguay sits in the heart of Palermo SOHO. There are plenty outlets for shopping; a large super market (Disco) a block away and small groceries, bakeries, and cafes in every direction. Additionally, there are laundromats within a half-block in each direction along Paraguay, where you can drop off and pick up your laundry. There are huge number of great restaurants (ready my Trip Advisor reviews; kenNYC150), primarily heading south toward Plaza Serrano. Apartment: The first question I have learned to ask in reviewing apartment descriptions is: Do the photographs fairly represent the actual apartment. I can safely say, yes in this case. The apartment is part of a two building complex connected via a lovely garden and pool area. There is a 24/7 doorman, which provide a nice sense of security. The photo from the living room overlooking the garden and pool is accurate. There is a terrace off the living room, where we had our morning breakfast practically every day. The furnishings are in sympathy with the modern style of the building and are at the level of the Room & Board or IKEA. The bedrooms are a little small, but adequate. The master has small walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, which overlooks the garden, is similar in size, but the bathroom is in the hall. The bright bathrooms have a shower/tub combination and the water pressure is great. The living/dining area is combined and my only criticism is that if this were being shared by four people, there would be inadequate seating for all in the living room. An L-shaped sofa would solve this issue. There is a TV and the Silvana and Eduardo have connected an Apple TV and Netflix. WIFI/internet is adequate but slow with only a download speed of less that’s 2.0 Mbps. The apartment is air conditioned, and it nicely handled some of the 90+ degree days we had during our stay. The kitchen is huge by New York standards. All the necessary kitchenware are provided and small appliances, especially a coffee maker an microwave. Summary: The location, apartment, and Silvana and Eduardo were great...making for a great holiday.

Great Palermo apartment

Wonderful apartment in a great location.

This apartment is comfortable, light and clean. The neighborhood has good food, shopping and other entertainment. It is an easy area to walk around, and close to bus and subway hub. The host, Silvana, is very nice, very accommodating, and responds quickly to all messages.

En términos generales, está muy bien.

La experiencia sin duda fue más positiva que negativa. Mencionaré todo lo bueno primero y al final, solo algunos puntos que pudieran mejorar para que llegara a ser casi perfecto. El departamento está bien ubicado, en un edificio moderno y seguro, tiene muy buena luz y muy conveniente que la cocina esté en otro ambiente. La vista desde el living es muy bonita hacia la piscina y el jardín, las camas cómodas y los baños bastante bien. Silvana cumplió en todo y le agradecemos mucho su apoyo pero me parece que deben de respetar más el espacio, privacidad y libertad de los huéspedes, por mencionar un ejemplo en el check out en lugar de esperar a que los huéspedes terminen y se vayan, estuvieron ahí mismo revisando ( es incómodo). Nos cansaron con que debíamos de cuidar su sillón de la sala cuando por cierto éste es de lo más incómodo y sería buena sugerencia cambiarlo. Creo que si ponen a la renta una propiedad, deben de relajarse en qué algunos incidentes pueden ocurrir (y por eso hay un seguro). La verdad bastante imprudentes y faltos de tacto ( Eduardo y Silvana). Al ser primer piso, aveces se escuchan autobuses y autos mientras uno duerme pero no fue nada grave. Sería bueno poner algún tipo de mueble abajo de los lavabos del baño tanto para almacenaje y porque los niños pequeños corren riesgo constante de pegarse en la cabeza. La piscina está bastante bien ( algo fria puesto que no está climatizada) y los jardines muy bien mantenidos. Las almohadas no cuentan con protector y están muy sucias. Nos cambiaron las almohadas pero eran una vergüenza. Los vigilantes del edificio muy amables, en especial Marcelo.

Wonderful place! / Lugar Fabuloso!

I spent 14 days in this apartment, with three friends. Everything about this property was excellent: the location, amenities, security, and the service provided by the property manager and onsite personnel. I highly recommend this property. Estuve 14 dias en este departamento, con tres amigas. Todo acerca de esta propiedad es excelente: la ubicación, comodidades, seguridad, y el servicio prestado por el manager de la propiedad y el personal del edificio. Lo recomiendo!
