You have the entire floor to yourself — a sprawling 3-bedroom apartment in a classic European-style Recoleta building, high above Callao. The oversized living and dining room fills with natural light all day. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and in-unit laundry. Managed by a professional team with 20 years in Buenos Aires.

Recoleta is Buenos Aires at its most European — tree-lined avenues, Belle Époque architecture, and the city's best dining within walking distance. The iconic Recoleta Cemetery and Cultural Centre are minutes away. Callao connects you north to Palermo and south to the city centre with ease.

Prior to check-in, you will receive a link to complete your personal details for building registration. A member of our team will meet you at the property — no lockboxes, no confusion. Please share your estimated arrival time as soon as you have it so we can coordinate. The building has a small elevator; please respect the indicated weight and passenger limit.

The owner needs to know

Checking time 4:00 pm? International flights arrive very early in the morning. Checking done from cleaning ladies that tried their best to explain tv's September 21st. I received a call to say that they were bringing a bouquet of flowers to celebrate spring. They didn't know I had to come back home two weeks earlier and was not at the apartment. Check out: I was told to leave the apartment with keys inside. I asked if I leave without keys how am I supposed to open front door. I was told to ask somebody to hold front door while I went upstairs and leave the keys. The apartment is beautiful, lots of light in a good neighborhood. Your host is a ghost!
