The apartment is private, it is adapted for up to 6 people. It is located on the 3rd floor and it is necessary to climb stairs.

We use a self check-in system to facilitate your stay. We leave the keys in a box next to the door with a code so they can arrive at any time.

Includes only one cleaning before your arrival and one after your departure. If you need extra cleaning or a change of sheets and towels, we can schedule it in advance (at an extra cost).

Payment must be made by Airbnb to reserve the desired dates. The security deposit is only charged if the apartment is delivered with any damage upon departure.

* For each rule that is not complied with, we have the right to charge a penalty of $50 US, for the 1st rule not complied with, for the 2nd rule $60 US, for the 3rd rule $70 US and so on.

Replacement for loss of key or towel has a cost of $20 US each.
Leave ❄️ air conditioning and/or lights on, after check-out there is an extra cost of $20 US.
