Could have been cleaned better

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location to pick up the keys should've been told earlier than the check in day. AC vent was very dirty and dog hair on the sofa and floor.one of the pillow shams was dirty and was reported to the front desk and no one came to change it. the up stairs rails was very dirty and we had to clean them off our self.
