Located in the heart of Estrie region directly on the shores of Magog Lake and specially designed for lovers of relaxation, boating, skiing, golfing and/or snowmobiling.

Wooded at the rear of the land and large lawn area in front of the lake to do your activities while admiring the view. There is also a private dock where you can moor your motorboat. Two kayaks, a paddle board, and life jackets for adults are available, as well as a kayak and paddle board for children. A spa, an outdoor fireplace, deck chairs, two outdoor dining areas and two BBQs are also at your disposal.

The chalet has 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, high speed wifi, two ROKU smart televisions, indoor fireplace, bedding and shower towels.

It can accommodate 1 to 12 people maximum (around 10 parking spaces) and it is made up of three bedrooms:

Bedroom #1: a king bed
Bedroom #2: a queen bed & a single bed (bunk)
Bedroom #3: a double bed (bunk) & a single bed (bunk)
