Fully remodeled head to toe, this breathtaking property features a large upstairs rec room that is equipped with a ping pong table. Enjoy a staycation at The Aire, you'll never want to leave! This home has everything you will need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Equipped with AT&T Fiber Internet with speeds up to 1000 MBPS, you can work from home or relax on the couch and stream your favorite TV shows on the 65" Smart TVs. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, silverware, and more for you to make a delicious home cooked meal. Stay with us with peace of mind as we have taken extra precautions and adopted enhanced cleaning procedures in our fight against COVID-19 In our fight against COVID-19, there will be no face-to-face interaction. Self check in is convenient with smart lock! If you ever need assistance, I am just a text/call away to assist! The house had great spaces and was in the location we needed but was not maintained properly. There was some sort of problem with septic tank or sewage line. the front yard had a murky brown puddle that stank. Difficult to use front door without stepping in it.someone had smoked on the property so there was a smell inside as well. The house still had trash from previous visits. property owner did not contact me with instructions for getting into the property within 48 hours of the beginning of our stay. He did respond when I contacted him about issues but problems were not resolved. he offered to have cleaners come in during our stay and do carpets to try and get rid of smoke smell but it was too inconvenient with small kids to have that during our stay.

Christmas mess

The property was not cleaned, holes in doors , beer bottles in the patio, urine stained pillows and mattress covers, the door lock had no screws. The property is listed as a 4 bedroom 3 bath. All the bedrooms are upstairs and there is 2 full baths upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs. There was a room downstairs but technically not a bedroom because it has no closet. The manager was in another state and the owner out of the country. They sent someone to clean the day after we arrived. By that time we had already cleaned the place. We had to make the best of it because it was too many of us to go to a hotel which would have negated us being together. To add injury to insult after I reported all of this they still put a hold on our credit card.. The place needs regular maintenance . We made the best of it. But we won't stay at another independently owned vacation home.?

Holiday trip with family

Very disappointing! The house was very dirty. Visible stains on the sofa, walls and bedding was soiled…gross. Oven mitts had food on them. Floor in family room was very scratched. Also windows had thick spiderwebs. We were from out of state with no other options so we were forced to spend a lot of time cleaning. We left they property much cleaner than we found it. Neighborhood was super crowded with a lot of cars parked on the road. I would not return or recommend. It was way too expensive for what we received.
