Beautiful, clean property!

We had a fabulous time during our stay! The kitchen was fully stocked including paper products, dish soap, foil, Saran Wrap, baggies, many spices, coffee, creamer, sugar, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels… all in abundance! The cottage was very clean and quaint. We loved the large front lawn leading right down to the beach with no stairs to climb down! Both the upper and lower porches were charming to enjoy the beautiful view of the lake! Kevin was very pleasant and responsive. We highly recommend this property!

Loved the cottage, loved the location.

We were very happy staying here for a week. The cottage is clean, well maintained and well supplied. I loved the wide porches and the comfortable porch furniture; we spent hours reading and napping on the porches and ate our meals out there. It was very quiet--just what we were looking for.

A great cottage!

We had a wonderful first vacation with a seven-month-old the week after Labor Day in this wonderful little cottage. It had everything we needed as a family of three and the grass backyard lake front area was wonderful. We got up every morning to see the sun come up and we had a refreshing swim several times each day. The location was perfect for a quiet and peaceful vacation yet we were close enough to the other lakes to visit the wineries and some of the other things that they offer. The beautiful town of Skaneateles is only a 10 minute drive away and anything we required food wise or dining was there. Auburn was also close by for the necessities there being a Wegmans there as well probably 10 minutes away also. Kevin has done a wonderful job restoring the cottage. My favorite thing to do when sleeping was to look down and open up my feet and there was the sunrise at the foot of the bed. Hopefully we will get to go again next year sometime in September!

Beautiful lake front retreat!

You couldn't ask for a better place to rent on Owasco lake! It has a homey feel and every detail has been thought of! The only downside is that someone beat us to it for next summer but we loved it so much we are going to take our vacation next September. We have rented many places on the lake over the years and have never found one we wanted to rent again until now! Just a perfect cottage on the lake!

So cozy. Owner/neighbor so very freindly and cordial - as were his entire family. Lucky for us, owner is so new, there was no one to "Have to say no" to for next year when granting our return for 3+ months in 2018. Did I say LUCKY US? Quiet. Peaceful. Roomy. A keeper.

Great week on Owasco.

Great week on Owasco!!! Had everything one would need.....including perfect weather!!! Highly recommend this spot. Very clean. Level property to the water. Nice dock access. Really enjoyed the sand beach on the north end of the lake and the coves in the south end. Kids enjoyed catching fish right off the dock. Will certainly look to reserve a week next year. Thank you!

A wonderful place to spend a week!

A wonderful place to spend a week. Newly remodeled camp with plenty of room for our family of four and a few extra visitors each day to enjoy the lake. Easy flat walk to the beach, perfect for swimming for all ages, minimal seaweed. The front yard was big enough for a game of badminton or a tent. The camp was very clean and well equipped with anything you needed. Short drive to Auburn, plenty of parking and very friendly property owner right next door. We have been renting for four years and this is by far the best we have seen in this area. We were all set to rent again next summer, unfortunately for us they are already booked. We highly recommended this property.
