The Red House - Sooner Side - CLOSEST you can get to Stadium and Greek Row

Across the street from OU’s Campus, and just a 7-minute walk to OU’s Football Stadium, this two-story duplex is the perfect stay for families, friends or group travelers looking for a comfortable and walkable place. Built in 2012 and recently renovated in 2024 including new appliances and furniture, The Red House features two separate, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath units available for rent. This is the perfect location for tailgating before football games or a convenient stay for all events around Norman.

The Red House doesn't get much better if you're looking for the exciting atmosphere of Game Day! Situated right across the street from campus on the corner of Lindsey and Elm Ave, you can't get much closer, not to mention your own designated parking and short walk to the stadium.

Both units are recently renovated and fully stocked for your convenience. We are looking forward to sharing our new space with you!

Living Room:
Comfortable couches and seating for everyone, with extra throw blankets for extra comfort. Please use the Roku remote for turning on the TV.

Kitchen:
Fully stocked with pots, pans, bowls, Keurig machine

Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1) is a very large room with a full bathroom connected.
Bedroom 2 is a queen room with a full closet and a ceiling fans
Bedroom 3 is the bunk room with a trundle. There are three separate twin mattresses in this room.

Each Bedroom has its own sound machine and usb plugs on their night stands.

In each bathroom we provide essentials such as shampoo, conditioners, body wash and towels. Additional towels can be found underneath the sink.

The Sooner Side (Unit 2) has its own private entrances using a keypad on the front doors. The main door entrance is on Lindsey street under the Unit 2 Sooner sign. The upstairs balcony is a shared space with access through both units.

We would like to point out our location is on a busy corner lot, just a couple blocks from the OU stadium!

Because of the location, it provides an incredibly convenient spot to tailgate in the front yard or at the designated tailgating OU spot across the street.
