Game Day Retreat

Hi Kary, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! We truly appreciate your feedback and are so glad you chose to stay with us. I sincerely apologize if our listing was not clear regarding the basement being a separate rental space. We have since updated our listing description to provide additional clarity that guests booking this particular listing have exclusive access to the top two floors of the home, while the basement may be rented separately. We take our guests’ privacy, comfort, and security very seriously. The basement has its own private entrance at the back of the property, completely separate from the main home’s entrance. Additionally, the interior door connecting the two spaces is secured with a coded lock, and we have installed soundproofing around the door opening to help minimize noise between the spaces. For guests who would prefer exclusive access to the entire home, including all three floors, we also offer that option! Simply search for LUXURY CLEMSON RETREAT or reach out to me directly to inquire about availability. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve our guests’ experience and hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again in the future! Warmly, Grace
