We really enjoyed our stay! The hostess was easy to contact, replied quickly, if you want to dine in her kitchen is well stocked with the tools you need. The home is charming, well decorated, and very clean. 10 out of 10 we would stay again.

Cute Ferris Neighborhood

The house was very clean. Enough parking for two cars, walkable neighborhood if you bring a pup. A few things that I didn’t love but by no means were a deal breaker was that the back bedroom mattress is not that comfortable for picky sleepers, there was only one pillow other than the decorative pillows, and that room gets warm when the door is closed.

I have stayed at this property a couple of times. The house is always very clean and stocked with the essentials. The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoy being able to enjoy the picnic table. The only suggestion we have is to get a couple of recliners or ottomans so people could stretch their legs out.

Hi Joan, I’m honestly a bit confused by your 2/10 rating from your stay back in September 2024, especially since no comments were shared. I wish we had known about any concerns during your visit so we could have addressed them right away. We always strive to provide a comfortable and positive experience for our guests, and without specific feedback, it’s difficult to understand what may have gone wrong. Regardless, I truly wish you the best in your future travels.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I selected this neighborhood because of its fresh, modern homes and its peaceful, family-friendly environment. The community's new construction means everything is up-to-date and efficient, while Ferris offers a quiet retreat with convenient access to local amenities. It’s the ideal spot for guests to enjoy both comfort and a sense of community.
