- PARKING: The Driveway fits two large cars or three small ones. There is parking next to the house, plus an additional parking at the Resort and one more behind the Club House

Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house, there will be a $400 charge to purify the air in case of smoking

Be gentle with the linens, we only use premium products, damaged items will be deducted from the deposit.

We don't recommend nor endorse the use of the grill, therefore use it at your own risk and discretion. There is a fee for using the grill $120 fee need to be paid before arrival.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $40 per day. If you choose to heat only the SPA, the cost is $25 per day. Please note that all heating and spa requests must be made prior to check-in and will be applied for the duration of your stay.
