Sit and sip your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on the oversized lanai while you enjoy the lush tropical grounds, roaming wild turkeys and the ocean view. From the lanai, enjoy watching the golfers during the day and beautiful sunsets in the evening. The lanai features plenty of dining and outdoor seating.

The Waikoloa Villas amenities include, two swimming pools, spa and BBQ areas. You will also have access to the Waikoloa Village Association amenities, which include, an aquatic center, 18-hole golf course, tennis court, and now a pickleball court!

The condo's main floor features an open floor plan that opens to the large lanai. Also, on the main floor you will find one bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The washer and dryer can also be found in this bathroom. The primary bedroom and bathroom are located on the second floor. The bedroom features a large walk-in closet, and the bathroom has an oversized walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are very spacious.

The condo is fully stocked. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, and coffee filters to get you started.

This unit does not have air conditioning. We enjoy the trade winds the majority of the year.
